Food. Enough said.
Most New Year's Resolutions only last til about the second week of February and you're probably not surprised.  Why is it though that so many of us continue making these "resolutions" as if something is going to change?  In this week's episode, we'll not only be seeing why many New Year's Resolutions fail but we'll also talk about how to make a goal/resolution stick!
Ep. 4: Motivation

Ep. 4: Motivation

What gets you up in the morning?  Motivation is something that is essential for achieving anything and moving forward through life.  Without it, we would have no reason to do anything!  Today I look at what motivates you, what motivates me, and how to use this motivation :D Don't forget to stay updated on my Instagram @brand.out for more interactive stories that I'll use in the next episode!
Have you ever thought to yourself, "I'm so busy because I need to do X and Y to get to Z and now I'm stressed." I think we're all too familiar with having those negative feelings towards one of our many obligations in life.  What if we could change the way we thought about our everyday responsibilities and instead enjoy them?  In this episode, we talk about why I believe mindset is one of the most important aspects of living a happy life and how you can implement it in your own life. Studying, ugh.  Does it really need to be "ugh" though?  Today, we go over common study strategies, weigh the pros/cons, talk about when to apply each strategy, and even address stress relief! If you're not satisfied or consistent with the grades you're getting from your strategies, this episode may just be what you need to become a better and more efficient learner.  Disclaimer:  I don't claim to be an expert on study techniques, but these are all strategies that have worked extremely well for me and I hope they work for you too! If you're interested in seeing future episodes dedicated to specific study strategies, let me know on my Instagram at @brand.out and I'd be happy to make those for you all!
What have you been up to during quarantine? I polled my followers on my Instagram at @brand.out to see what habits people have picked up over quarantine, good or bad.
