The book of Job was written to those who struggle with the question of how God can be good when the world is filled with suffering. It also concerns itself with the question of faith in a sovereign God. Can God be trusted? Is he good and just in his rule of the world?
This psalm is a psalm of trusting in what God is doing in your life as He leads you through this journey of life.
This chapter shows us the key to abiding in Jesus and having our prayers answered. Staying connected to the vine which is Jesus gives the branch its sustenance to produce. Staying connected opens the door to answered prayer.
There are times you have to get off to yourself with the Lord and seek His direction and encourage yourself in the Lord. Get up and pursue and recover all.
God made a promise to Abraham, Genesis 22, God swore an oath by himself because there was no one greater. What He promised is Immutable. It’s unchangeable.
There are several other passages of scripture that enlighten us on the words of our mouth choose your words lightly.
What God is doing in and through the lives of people can't be stopped
Here in Genesis chapter 22 we find God testing Abraham to show him how faithful he is to God trusting God and knowing that He is Jehovah Jireh our provider. Verse 14 is where we get our subject from.
God has placed a hedge of protection around you today he’s the one keeping us every day. Trust God knowing you have unseen protection as your favor. Read Job chapter on to understand this divine protection.

In the Bible, "fret" primarily means to be agitated, disturbed, or vexed, often implying worry, anxiety, or anger. It can also refer to the action of wearing away or corroding, similar to how friction can erode a substance. The Bible advises against fretting, particularly in the context of worrying about evildoers or the prosperity of the wicked, emphasizing trust in God and His timing.
The lesson in all this is plain: “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established” Instead of trusting our ability to plan and execute, we must trust God to show us hisvesy and determine our plans, for this is the wise course. The plans and actions remain our own, but the results honor God and bless us.
The Believer’s goal should be continually to learn more of God’s will and to act on that knowledge. Paul discusses the importance of attempting to live out God’s will by bringing our will into line with His.
Here is where Joseph shows the ability to be powerful and yet under God’s control not to repay the evil someone did to you with evil. God will do the repaying just let Him have His way in the situation, trust God to fix it for your good.
As Paul, Luke and the others are headed to Rome at Paul's request to stand and be tried before Caesar, also God's divine plan for him to go to Rome and preach Acts 23:11. The ship they were on became a shipwreck they had to swim to the nearby island named Malta while there a viper comes out of the sticks that Paul was using as fire wood and fasten ltself to Paul’s hand, Paul shook the viper back into the fire. We too must shake off the things that try to take us down.
In John 8:30-36 Jesus claimed to be The Truth which sets men free from sin.
The book of Joshua recounts Israel's conquest of the land of Canaan under Joshua's command. The book opens with Joshua being commissioned by the Lord as the leader of the Israelites. It tells of his victories over the Canaanite kings and how he allotted the land of Canaan among the tribes of Israel. The book ends with Joshua encouraging the people
John encourages the believer to have confidence in prayer when they make a prayer request to God
Faith a firm persuasion, an unwavering belief in its going to happen. It’s a trust in it.
As this Psalm starts out we read it saying God is our refuge and a very present help. That is say God has us covered. In this passage God tells us to be still and know that He is God.
