Today's special guest Clément Decrop is a Belgian-born inventor and author with a fascinating journey. Moving to the U.S. at the age of six, Clément's work has taken him around the world, culminating in his insightful book "The Idea Space: The Science of Awakening Your Non-Self."
His book explores the concept of 'Idea Space,' providing a novel approach to understanding consciousness. The Idea Space aims to make consciousness as real as gravity by establishing a scientific framework for the mind to give meaning to experiences that were once ineffable. The goal is to make you realize, as Confucius said, "Everyone lives two lives. The second starts when you realize you only live one."
Clément led wellness events for thousands of participants across 40+ countries on the topics of mindfulness, sleep, exercise, and nutrition.
With over 130 patents submitted across various technologies, spearheading $10B+ business deals with a remarkable 60% win rate (saved the Department of Defense $100 million through automation), and being a valedictorian at Penn State, Clément's expertise is multifaceted.
Do you or someone you love suffer from emotional dysregulation? Do you feel things so deeply you almost get lost in these emotions? Do you suffer from anger and longing that threatens to burn you up from the inside with its heat? Do you often struggle with self-harm, substance abuse, self-hatred, interpersonal issues, and intense rage?
Too Much and Not Enough, written by today's special guest, Tamra Sattler, Ph.D. is a therapeutic memoir and an explorative narrative about a particular type of personality structure known as Enneagram 4 and its borderline characteristics and emotional dis-regulation. This population has been known to be difficult for therapists to treat and families to tolerate and, most importantly, to accept and embody. Often asked to consult and work with these clients, Dr. Sattler knows this personality from the inside.
Dr. Sattler is a therapist, professor, and entrepreneur. She started her career in marketing and technology with managerial positions at companies like Salesforce, Excite and Monster. She then pivoted to being a therapist and learning about how people change more deeply and permanently through psycho-spiritual theories, namely the Enneagram. She has taught at Naropa for the past few years and received her PhD at CIIs in East-West Psychology. Her passion is to bring her two paths together to develop technology platforms to help humanity and the planet awaken
A passionate advocate for neurodiverse students, particularly those with autistic spectrum perception and communication challenges, today's special guest, Jes Kerzen, found that wherever she worked, these were the children who so often appeared in her life and enriched it greatly.
An encounter with one small boy, however, set her on a journey of discovery that would completely change her life's trajectory.
Jes is the author of the poignantly compelling spiritual memoir, A Mind Beyond Words, which is about the strong and unusual bond forged between schoolteacher Jes and a six-year-old autistic boy, Asher, whose arrival in her class changed the trajectories of both their lives. Their journey together, sometimes tragic, sometimes joyful, spans 25 years and leads them into an exploration of psychic and supernatural abilities.
From this child and his classmates, Jes learned that there were ways of communicating and perceiving she had never dreamed of. She has consequently spent many years researching telepathy, remote viewing and other psychic abilities, along with the spiritual insights they can sometimes lead to.
Jes Kerzen, holds a postgraduate B Phil degree and has worked in a huge variety of roles in many educational settings, from specialist speech and language teacher to head of English, from running an alternative education hub of home educated children in a mediaeval abbey undercroft to working with a farmer and a life sized model calf, delivering workshops on social and emotional skills in rural primary schools in the west of England.
Now retired and living in a 350 year old cottage in Somerset, England, Jes devotes much of her time to working with Asher, that very special former pupil, continuing to learn from him and writing about their work together.
When we think of bullies, most of us think of aggressive kids or teens who terrorize individuals they perceive as weaker. Yet, bullying isn’t relegated just to the schoolyard. On the contrary, adult bullies exist everywhere and run rampant in many families, workplaces, neighborhoods, political arenas, and organizations of all types and sizes. And in a media landscape where conflict, chaos, and fear reign supreme, we witness celebrities, politicians, and other public figures exhibiting some of the most egregious behavior.
In Our New World of Adult Bullies: How to Spot Them, How to Stop Them, today's special guest Bill Eddy — therapist, lawyer, mediator, and personality expert — reveals how adult bullies have infiltrated every aspect of our society and explains why we so often allow them to operate unchallenged. Whether they are feeding our primitive fears, manipulating our empathetic emotions, or intimidating us with their unrestrained personalities, adult bullies are highly effective at dominating others in nearly every arena of our lives.
Offering invaluable insight into the behavior of adult bullies, their supporters, and our impulses, Our New World of Adult Bullies is an essential guide for those seeking to decrease bullying behavior and gain allies in their professional and personal lives.
Bill Eddy is the Chief Innovation Officer of the High Conflict Institute based in San Diego, California. He trains lawyers, judges, mediators, and therapists throughout the United States and a dozen other countries in managing high-conflict family, workplace, and legal disputes. Our journey on earth often looks the same. We are raised, acquire knowledge, and make our way through life striving to find our true nature. In the modern workplace, the concept of "toxic positivity" has become a subject of increasing concern. This term, trendy yet often misunderstood, refers to an overemphasis on positive outcomes and attitudes, to the extent that it becomes detrimental.
We all know someone like this whose overwhelming positivity slowly withers the soul from within. While seemingly harmless, such behavior can mask deeper insecurities and disconnect us from our authentic selves.
Today's special guest, Satyen Raja, author and CEO of WarriorSage Trainings is an authority in organizational dynamics and workplace culture. His insights not only identify the destructive nature of toxic positivity but also offer practical solutions for rebuilding a workplace culture that fosters genuine connections and elevates employee morale.
Satyen Raja, founder of Warrior Sage Trainings is a distinguished mentor and coach to the world's most prominent CEOs, business leaders, and global influencers. His expertise extends to building and scaling businesses for over 30 years, having established a multitude of successful companies.
Today's special guest, Rae Leonard, is an author, intuitive guide and coach. Her latest book is titled, High Sobriety: A trip out of the bottle into your intuition.
As a Transformationalist, Rae draws on her expertise in Jivamukti Yoga, VortexHealing®, performing arts, Conscious Language, and master cleansing to help people who are ready
for Post Traumatic Growth. She assists in dissipating subconscious triggers to allow people to become the frequency of their designs. One of her guiding principles is, “Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. This is not philosophy. It is physics.” - Albert Einstein
Rae grew up a latchkey kid in New York’s East Village during the seventies. Tiring of the downtown performance scene, she became a wife, mother, and yoga teacher in the Hudson
Valley. Her strategy for escaping the grimd of nuclear family life was to use the Law of Attraction to get heroin to feed her addiction. She returned to the entertainment industry, where she honed roles playing ‘crack whores’ such as in the film Detachment, where she played Adrian Brody’s tormented, addicted mother in flashbacks. While on film sets she realized she enjoyed using her intuition to help crew members through their issues more than she liked film acting. Eventually hitting rock bottom with her addictions, a transformation was ignited.
After dropping the lure of drugs and alcohol in her own life, Rae started coaching people, combining her innate gifts with a frequency device called Healy that helped her make quantum leaps. Healy technology is an effortless way to communicate to the information field, to change one’s deep rooted patterns and quickly transform your life.
A transformation in human consciousness is taking place. And it’s generating a growing interest in how subtle elements of the human constitution play a part in the maintenance of our health and wellbeing.
You Are a Frequency, a new book by today's special guest Debbie Anne Sellwood, introduces a new paradigm for health and healing based on the whole person, not the physical body on which traditional medicine focuses. You Are a Frequency explains that how we perceive and react to life events determine what experiences we attract into our lives, including health. Our reactions also impact the frequency of our vibrations, and by raising our vibrations, we become more empowered, able to take responsibility for ourselves. It is the author’s belief that understanding ourselves as energetic beings will ultimately inspire a future health paradigm and lead to the transformation of the medical system.
Debbie Sellwood is a mature woman with a grown-up family. She practices as an Astrologer and has taught this subject. She is also a Flower Essence practitioner and has been a long-standing committee member of this association. Her interests are in wellbeing, natural healing and nature. For many years she has been a student of ancient wisdom teaching/ spiritual/metaphysical subjects and is a published author.
Today's special guest, Adam Finnegan, was in the 8th grade when he received a vaccine for HepB, which resulted in various neurological disorders he still suffers from today. Congressional hearings confirmed the vaccine was having adverse effects on children. He is also personally affected by Lyme disease and its co-infections. His personal experience resulted in a lifelong interest in the science behind the creation of antigens, or the toxins introduced by vaccines into one’s body to create an immune response.
He found that before the advent of DNA and mRNA technology, much of the discoveries about antigens were related to the creation of stealth biological weapons by the Nazis during World War II, and one scientist in particular, Erich Traub. Traub would eventually come under the auspices of the U.S. government because of his knowledge on viruses and bacterial diseases and become a pawn in the Cold War between the U.S. and Soviet Union in the weaponization of his research.
His book, The The Sleeper Agent, seeks to educate the public about the reality of bioengineering and its link to biological warfare conducted on unsuspecting populations in developing countries even today. Lyme disease and its co-infections, for insistence, actually can be linked to Traub’s research. On a larger scale, the author also links the creation of antigens used in a multitude of required vaccines as creating “immune exhaustion” in the body, thus leading to the onset of chronic illnesses such as cancer and various neurological problems.
The Sleeper Agent uncovers many surprising secrets including how these same advances are unleashing unforeseen adverse health effects on unsuspecting populations, as well as giving rise to chronic diseases and death.
Today's special guest, Eric Leskowitz, M.D., a Harvard trained doctor, argues that the biofield is real in his book The Mystery of Life Energy: Biofield Healing, Phantom Limbs, Group Energies, and Gaia Consciousness..
Dr. Leskowitz, with his expert blend of medical insight and scientific curiosity, takes readers on a riveting journey through the various expressions of life energy. From the personal level of individual healing to the vast, interconnected realm of global consciousness, his book lays bare the undeniable efficacy of energy-based therapies.
Eric Leskowitz, M.D., is a retired Harvard Medical School-affiliated psychiatrist who practiced pain management for over 25 years at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston. He has published over 50 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and is the author/editor of four books. Erica is also author of Body Aware, a book devoted to movement, and Founder of Chicago Dance Therapy where she assists clients in moving their bodies to move their minds.
When she found herself in the thick of crisis counseling after the horrific July 4th, 2022 shooting at the parade in downtown Highland Park, IL, it became clear to her that people seeking emotional support, as well as the volunteers, had one thing in common that nobody was addressing- their nervous systems were in utter distress.
As a movement therapist, this realization was nothing new. However, in this moment, she found herself wishing she had a body-based emotional first-aid kit to guide these survivors out of their heads and back into their bodies and the idea for The Movement Therapy Deck was born.

The challenges of examining the subjective experience of supernatural events prompted today's special guest, Dr. Fredrick Woodard, to write the book Developing Your Supernatural Awareness. He presents some of his personal history with supernatural experiences and mentions key people who influenced him. He talks about his earliest experiences with hypnosis, the study of consciousness, and how he evolved as a professional, as well as how he developed deeper connections to his heritage.
Dr. Fredrick Woodardis a clinical psychologist and certified hypnotherapist who conducts original research on the supernatural/paranormal, hypnosis, and psychotherapy. His research stems from his dissatisfaction with general psychological explanations of hypnosis and altered states, which have not reflected his own personal and clinical experience. And he shares with us how he improved his understanding of supernatural awareness and forged stronger connections with the universe - a universe alive with invisible beings, energies, and information that can interact with us.
Dr. Woodard's first book, Perceptual Hypnosis: A Spiritual Journey Toward Expanding Awareness, describes his theoretical approach to perceptual awareness, spirituality, and hypnosis. He first presented his approach in his doctoral dissertation in 2001 and in a series of eleven peer-reviewed articles in Psychological Reports between 2003 and 2014. He went on to prove the naysayers wrong by graduating with high honors at the university and postgraduate level.
