In this episode, I catch up with an old friend and investigate why it feels like the world's going crazy...er.
In this episode, I come back from a few-month hiatus to chat with Luke. We did have an agenda, but as expected, our conversation went off the rails. This was needed as it helps us hone in for our next one. Stay tuned and enjoy!
Let's get weird. In this episode, I introduce my good friend, Eli Moreno, who in addition to wearing the Army uniform, shares something else unique: the love for UFOs, Aliens, and the just plain, weird. In this conversation, we talk about how we came to follow what we hope to be the biggest revelation in our lifetime: The UFO Disclosure.
As a Fly on the Wall Podcast continues to find its identity, flow, and topics to cover, this episode truly captures what happens when Steve and Alex are able to just let the conversation go where it will.
A lot went down in April, this delayed episode release captures only some of it.
Enjoy!
Editor's Note: this episode was recorded on April 7th, just before Steve started his new assignment. Since then, an episode with Luke Erwin (now episode 5) was recorded, edited and released, as was a recovered episode with Manny Smith (now episode 6)...we'll get there lol.
In this "lost episode," I dig up an interview I had with long-time friend and emotional/mental confidant, Manny Smith.
This recording, which was live-streamed in the late Fall of 2021, was part of the Loneliness and Cheeseburgers are a Dangerous Mix Facebook Group that fell to the wayside as my military obligations took full control of my life.
Now, after being back, I'm able to sift through the past life and resume and maybe even resurrect some of the many projects I was working on.
Enjoy!
In this episode, I discuss "Ninja Magic" or rather, the concepts of Kuji-Kiri that are horribly depicted in Ninja film, anime, and lure with my long-time friend, Luke Erwin.
Luke, a treasure trove of information ranging from history, to the esoteric shares his insights and practices of this grossly misunderstood practice.
This is a topic that will spawn many topics within itself, so take everything we say with a grain of salt and enjoy!
Welp, the rest of 2019 was...interesting. 2020 was the Pandemic and 2021 doesn't really count. A lot has happened between hosts Steve and Alex, and covering the in between will definitely fuel content for later episodes. In this episode however, we try to stay focused on one theme and that is Star Wars. More importantly how our love for it when from trashed in 2019 after Rise of Skywalker to Alex now starting his own podcast: Blaster Fire, and Steve loving The Mandalorian so much, he brought it to his unit.
Enjoy.
Does altruism exist? How does one define it? Hosts Alex and Steve give their take on whether or not they believe that people can actually be altruistic. Enjoy.
In our second episode, not only do we start to find our groove, but we jump straight into one of our favorite topics: existentialism. Enjoy as we both struggle to rationalize how to jump in and out of the black hole of all topics.
In this pilot episode (recorded 04/28/18), hosts Alex and Steve begin by well...trying to begin. Brief backstory on the how the two met, how their friends influenced their way of thinking, and where we'd like the podcast to go. Enjoy! (it will get better)
