Description
Old age is a foreign country whose customs and habits we regard as strange and peculiar until we suddenly find we've crossed over the border without realising it, and the gates have magically closed behind us. This podcast is intended as a guide to that country, and like all guide-books it's selective, subjective and idiosyncratic. I seem to have become a happiness guru: while there’s no specific entry on the subject, the whole book is meant to make growing older enjoyable. There’s optimism for you!
