In today's episode Alex and Sunny talk about a great book Alex read last year that turned out to be quite pivotal. If you're like us and don't believe in New Year's resolutions but instead in making changes as needed, this is for you.
Let's also face the fact that setting goals in and of themselves can seem really boring. Everytime we hear some influencer talking about goals, its like yeah, yeah, yeah...but what if we looked at it in a way more exciting and personal way? Wouldn't that be far more effective? If you're like us, you've seen a significant shift in the level of overall respect that is shown these days so today we drill down to the lack of respect we see from adult kids to their parents. That lack of respect would have never been tolerated 30 years ago as a whole. So, let's talk about it!
Most of us have at least 1 person in the family who is hell-bent on trying to manipulate others. It seems they thrive on it. One thing Alex's mom taught her, is how not to be manipulated. Today Alex and Sunny talk about what it looks like and how to take yourself out of their stupid game.

Who knew drug cartels had any interest in super-rural areas? Alex certainly didn't but listen in as Sunny enlightens us, with some humor, all about them with heavy doses of stupidity to go around! LOL
It's really not all that shocking that the FBI and CIA are no longer looked at as credible agencies. Today Alex talks about being on the receiving end of police corruption in her former town when her now ex-husband, who was a dirty cop, decided to turn the tables.

Sunny and Alex can tell you that this is the least free America has been in their life times. Attacking the very principles America was founded on is well, a head-scratcher to say the least.
