As a Christmas message for 2021, the preacher exhorts from the Gospel of Luke 2:1-11 where the writer writes regarding the virgin birth of Jesus Christ amidst great social upheaval. During a challenging time for everyone, this is the season to look at what the Lord has done, and take comfort in the eternal solution of everlasting life, provided by the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Whoever believes on the name of the Lord shall be saved!

Jesus encourages the mother and father of a deceased child, "not to fear and not to weep". Today the preacher is looking at the comfort of Jesus' words and the authority of His presence.

When the Apostle Paul wrote this letter to Timothy, he foretold of a time in the last times, termed as perilous. Paul lists some of the key indicators that you are in these perilous times and he encourages Timothy that through it all, God delivers His people through.

The Jews immediately recognised that Jesus was saying he is God, and they picked up stones to throw at him. Today it is even more important to know who Jesus is, so we may be at peace in him.
