When I started out as a supervisor I had a college degree and little experience managing people. I want to help supervisors and managers succeed at managing people in a positive and engaging manner while meeting organizational goals and expectations. Managing the priorities of our people and our organizations can be a challenge. I want to help you bridge that gap between these often times conflicting demands in a way that minimizes stress and increases team cohesion. <br />
