A Manager's Diary

When I started out as a supervisor I had a college degree and little experience managing people. I want to help supervisors and managers succeed at managing people in a positive and engaging manner while meeting organizational goals and expectations. Managing the priorities of our people and our organizations can be a challenge. I want to help you bridge that gap between these often times conflicting demands in a way that minimizes stress and increases team cohesion.



I offer my perspective from somebody who is currently engaged in managing people. With over 14 years of supervisory and management experience, I know the struggles that managers face. Let me share the journey with you.



I will offer my experience as well as talk to other managers about the best tools, techniques, and strategies for managing people in today's rapidly changing and demanding work environment.
