A Millennial Mind is a podcast about perspective, because when you understand someone’s mind, you understand their world. But we all live with limited data. Our beliefs, experiences, and knowledge are just a few dots. And if you don’t collect enough dots, you can’t connect them and you can’t grow.
That’s why this podcast exists: to gather those dots.
Each episode, I invite experts, thought leaders, and change makers to challenge how I think, on everything from mental health, hormones, and habits to relationships, identity, and success. We bust myths, reframe narratives, and explore what it really takes to shift your mindset. Because when you change your mind, you change your thoughts. And when you change your thoughts, you change your life. So if you’re ready to think differently, welcome to the reimagined A Millennial Mind.
Hit subscribe and let’s start connecting the dots together.
The grey teddies were called Tatty Teddy's (Me to you) they were bought from card shops and I remember friends use to give each other these!
It's a sad reality that there are no changing facilities in men's bathrooms. I have complained to a number of shopping centres in the UK about this exact thing and it's not only an Asian thing.
You both need to do more podcasts together. I love the chemistry you both have and that your not afraid to speak your truth and disagree with one another. keep it up..
It's one of the funniest ones I've heard, Dr Amir is hilarious, and I love watching him on Lorraine too. He seems like really nice person, and I will be buying the book.
Thank you both for this insightful posdcast. I follow you both, and this really resonated with me. I would love to attend Kirtan one day x
I am Indian and currently going through the adoption process. There are so many Asians out there that are on the adoption wait list waiting. it's a taboo topic in our community. It's sad that it's not a more talked about topic.
