This one has been on the docket for a while. Dan and Paul have a lot of fun breaking down the wine-heavy parts of the film scene by scene as if they took place in New York, superimposing NY wines and wineries. What region did they have the New York versions of Miles and Jack visit? Listen to find out!
A Northern Wine Odyssey is back and we're super excited to welcome co-host Dan Belmont as a permanent fixture on the pod. Dan brings expertise in all areas of New York wine and adds an international perspective as he resides in London England.
Paul and Dan jump into a bit of Dan's background before tackling the subject of flagship grape varieties -- as in, do we need them in New York, or is it better to celebrate diversity?
Osmote Wine owner/winemaker Ben Ricardi and host Paul Brady pay tribute to Scott Signari, the chef/owner of the Stonecat Cafe in Hector, NY who recently passed away from brain cancer.

For this week's episode, host Paul Brady speaks with his friend Kat Thomsen a creative director, writer & editor currently based in San Francisco.

He is one of the most knowledgeable on the subjects of sustainable agriculture and climate change and produces wines that are both excellent and true to place.
