Hello everyone, I have not uploaded in a while, so here is a podcast on experiences in the past and goals for the future to ultimately live in the present. If you are reading this description than you are in luck. I forgot to use this reference. Living in the present should be like Scrooge in A Christmas Carol (revision reference!). He acknowledges the past and the future to change in the present. You should not have to just veer away from the past or future for this. I have done research for this podcast and everything I have read is available in this description below! (there are some really good articles) Happy listening! 1) https://www.psychologytoday.com/gb/blog/the-adaptive-mind/202002/how-let-go-the-past 2) https://psychcentral.com/lib/healing-from-the-past-and-living-in-your-present 3) https://hbr.org/2022/01/when-a-major-life-change-upends-your-sense-of-self 4) https://www.oxbowschool.org/assets/gallery/os-29-final-projects/docs/kenzie.pdf 5) https://www.nhs.uk/mental-health/self-help/tips-and-support/mindfulness/ (Everything used has been source checked and peer reviewed.) Yes, I really went wild on this one! I really can't talk under one small subcategory so here's a bit of everything. I feel like it brings more flavour to these podcasts. In summary I will be talking about my weekend trip to Leeds, chocolate, mock exams, some TV shows and films which have helped me to grow as a person In the past (also some nostalgia) as well as growing and developing as a person. Happy listening!
In this podcast, I cover a wide range of topics and thoughts (as usual). These include opportunities, food memory (which has been a big thing for me), why my song started off on the wrong foot and what to expect from my music in the future as well as having and holding conversations with others. This is the first podcast I've done in a while due to other activities, but I hope these podcasts can have more of a regular release. Happy listening!
Hey Guys, welcome back to A Podcast with Paarth! Today we are going to cover storytelling, experiences and perspectives (perception) in life, human interactions, community and creativity. It is a bit of a non-chronological podcast today! (hope you stick around for my toast analogy 😂). I have indeed posted some nostalgic primary school polls underneath (I wanted to try out the polling system). Hope you enjoy, and as always, happy listening!
Hey Guys! This is the first episode of my podcast (excluding the introduction). In this podcast I talk about a wide range of topics in under 17 minutes including a random experience this morning, New Years resolutions & goals, environmental impacts & lifestyle and a few other things. I don't know how I fit all of this into under 17 minutes, however what I also don't understand is how I could talk for that long to a LITERAL MICROPHONE 😂😅. Today I figured out all the technological things into making a podcast including why to turn a microphone on before recording (Duh!). Anyways, I hope you enjoy. Until next time...
Welcome to A Podcast with Paarth! I am super exited to be releasing some podcasts and hopefully you can follow along with the journey to show your support. My main Ideas are to keep this a reasonably uplifting podcast coving all topics (Anything and everything :) ). To be completely honest, I don't know what to write for this description 😂. Trust me though, I'll learn as I go along.  I hope you enjoy! 🙃
