This episode is isn't actually about my first marathon race(which was about 24kms), it's rather about a Failure! A failure that taught me To take ownership of my every action & outcome, To accept my failures and To learn from those setbacks!

This episode is all about my second long run from Margherita to Ledo (8.9kms) in 1 hour. It was one of the best experiences of my journey! In life, the journey matters more than the goal.

This episode is about how I started Rebuilding myself. The process of Rebuilding isn't easy at all. But that's the thing that makes us stronger than before. Never be Afraid to fall apart because it's an opportunity to rebuild yourself again. You may feel lost, defeated but it's okay, take responsibility for what's happening. Learn from it. Make better choices. Get fit & healthy. Surround yourself with the right people. And start again to rebuild yourself.
Life isn't going as u planned? so what! It doesn't, for anyone. But that's the fascinating thing about life, it's uncertainty, the surprises. The way life brings failures, setbacks, in the same way it brings, lessons, greatness and strength! But that's only if you keep going. You're failing, you're exhausted, so what, figure it out and Restart!
Why do we fall ? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up! Sometimes in our life we are on our own. Nobody can understand you, no one can see what you've been through or what you're going through. Whatever we are searching for, It's already within us. We just have to focus on it. Remember, It's during our darkest times, we must focus to see the light!
This episode is about how I developed Self-Discipline in my life. Just a small step out of my comfort zone led me towards my goals, the best shape of my life, Endurance, Stamina, Mental Toughness, Self-Esteem, Mindfulness etc. Not every time you'll have motivation, but if you're Disciplined, you'll show up even on your bad days!
