Everyone joined for a deliciously fun cooking session where they were guided step by step through a cozy chicken and vegetable casserole—loaded with tender chicken, vibrant veggies, hearty rice, and finished with melty cheese and crispy onion rings. Attendees brought their appetites and favorite aprons for laughs, tips, and a dish that was comfort in every bite.
The following ingredients were needed:
1 large can chicken or 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken, 1 15 oz. can mixed vegetables, such as Veg-All, 1 10 oz. can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup water, 1 cup minute rice, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 small can French fried onion rings (not frozen onion rings), salt & pepper to taste.
