Description
I had my first anxiety attack in a classroom when I was 6 years old. I started LADBible when I was 22 years old. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 34. Suddenly, everything made sense. Join me every Tuesday as I chat with leading experts, celebrities and psychiatrists. This is the podcast I wish I heard when I was younger. None of us are broken, just different. We have all always been enough.

I was a little guarded when I heard who you were interviewing but this was actually quite informative and I'm glad I listened to it.
Where did you get the finding that "80% of Neurodivergents will leave within the first 3-4 months"?
Enlightening. Thanks
Wow! This episode resonates on so many levels. Thank you Shappy for being so open about your entire life experience and being able to understand and accept yourself a lot better with hindsight now that you know you have adhd. And thank you for this podcast, great content.
Very informative and interesting episode!!
I really needed this
wow.. this is amazing

9:30 yes. Using these things to quiet the chaos in your brain. ato finally have a space for no thoughts or less thoughts. To hear someone else say this is such a relief. I think another aspect is routine and I have kept this crutch even though it is. I longer doing the helpful job it did do, I'm keeping it now because it is indelibly linked into my daily routine that without it I am lost.
