But actually good mental health is very important to us? and how does poor mental health occur? and is that really not good for us? then what about the wrong views and misperceptions about mental health? and how to deal with it? Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. So maintaining our mental health is very important, and don't ever assume that people's problems are not important because everyone has a different way of thinking and everyone has a different problem.
