Back for season 2, and this season we’re starting off with one of my very close brothers, Bishop Caldwell. In our meeting we formally and informally discuss adversity in regards to grief, it’s stages, our personal experiences that’s caused grief, and how to maintain healthy relationships.

Episode 4 tops off the concept of friendship as episode 5 feat. Ben Johnson, taps into a different genre of athleticism and mental health. The notion of athleticism and its expectations greatly influence the state of mind of student/athletes deal with while balancing social life, family, education, and athletics.
Episode 3 was off the chain; featuring my brother, K. Parks, but episode 4 will be just as great. I will continue to uncover the concept of friendships, it’s layers, and common issues. We will continue to focus on brotherhood and its influence on overall companionship.
Episode 2 was insightful featuring my brother, Kela Hunt, but episode 3 is going to be a changer! My brother/guest, K. Parks and I will uncover the concept of friendships, it’s layers, and common issues. Onward, the concept of brotherhood comes into dialogue (also forthcoming in episode 4) as we reflect on personal experiences with friendship, loyalty, and respect.
In our second episode, I am briefly reflecting on Episode 1 with my dynamic brother, Kimbrough, on the Impact of Mental Health. Episode 2 features K. Hunt and proceeds onward about mental health in reference to men revealing their perspective. This episode also focuses on mood swings, causes/triggers, and strategies to reduce/shift them.
Introduction of AP Soul, it’s mission, as well as its target to reach various audiences relating to and focusing on mental health. Factors such as violence, anxiety, and depression closely relate to the development of mental health.
