While acting as a consultant he has carried out many technical studies and has signed off on Ore Reserves on the ASX, LSE and TSX. He’s since established many successful companies and mining projects, including co-founding private Kalgoorlie gold mining venture Rose Dam Resources which to date has produced over 30koz of gold.Daniel has a wealth of experience specific to the Company; he has in been involved in prior development of the Crawford and Gambier Lass North Projects around Leonora and carried out various mine planning work on the Golden Cities Project north of Kalgoorlie.Daniel holds a BEng (Mining), BSc (Mine and Engineering Surveying), a Diploma in Project Management and is a Fellow of the AusIMM and accredited Chartered Professional and a Member of the AICD having completed their Directors Course. Dr. James Warren is a geologist with 15 years of multi-commodity experience spanning greenfield prospect generation to operational roles in open pit and underground projects.Dr. Warren holds a PhD in Geology from the University of Western Australia focusing on a mineral systems approach to exploration targeting and was also part of the Mineral and Hydrothermal Geochemical team at CSIRO.Dr. Warren was Exploration Manager at Echo Resources and oversaw the exploration strategy and growth of Echo’s resource base to over 1.8 Moz and the eventual $240m takeover by Norther Star.Following his time at Echo, Dr. Warren was instrumental in establishing the private enterprise Tali Resources Pty Ltd, a spin out from Agrimin Ltd. At Tali, Dr. Warren was critical in establishing the geological framework to mineralisation in the West Arunta Orogen and drove project generation and acquisition. Ultimately, Tali reached a $55m farm-in agreement with Rio Tinto to search for IOCG deposits in the West Arunta, while WA1 Ltd successfully listed on the Tali assets not subject to the Rio Tinto farm-in.

Mr Eley was the founding director of Egan Street Resources and led the acquisition of the Rothsay gold project. Egan Street was acquired by Silver Lake Resources in 2019 for an implied value of $72 million. He has held the chairman role of several of ASX and NASDAQ listed companies. Mr Eley also led the team that acquired the Central Murchison Gold Project and subsequently became an executive director of Aragon Resources Limited, where he managed the progress of Aragon’s core asset, the Central Murchison gold project. Mr Eley’s experience also includes international oil and gas operations, as well as iron ore and coal projects, capital raisings, commercial agreements, dispute resolution, corporate management, strategy, acquisitions and divestments. He is currently the Managing Director of PhosCo Ltd and Non-Executive Chairman of Westar Resources Ltd.
