Fascia affects you emotionally not just physically. I have had surgeries, medications and specific PT exercises . It doesn’t matter how many exercises you do if you cannot feel them. **I did my feet exercises while chatting. What would you do if you were up to it?**
Trying to manage this illness should not be so difficult. Self Pay? Long travels?

My husband and I took a walk around our neighborhood. I had no issues with my stability! My gait was the most natural and officially “technically right” 😂😉it’s ever been.

Incorporating every day activities into your treatment plan. I chose ironing over my PT exercises.
I am on the way home. Driving feeling stability in places I didn’t know existed. Feeling good about my decisions. I have decided to do things my way. I stopped what I was being told to do. I focus on my fascia, posture, toes and breathing!
Working on my fascia daily. New techniques and the new me? I am making progress. Then I forgot I was recording.
If I listened to the doctors in October 2021. I would be in a wheelchair. I opted for a plastic tool. Then I learned how to musically breathe. You can help your fascia from within.
