Training our mind is just as important as training our bodies. Today we are 2/3 of the Navida sisters, sharing our personal experience with our mental health journey, as well as what we are currently doing to continue healing ourselves.

To work for ourselves has always been the goal. We talk about our production plans and individual goals for 2021, as well as our plans as individuals; diving deep into the topic of our successes and failures. It always hits different when you work for it.

Time is an illusion when it comes to friendships, and my guests today are living proof of that; we are no longer strangers.
