On May 13, 2017, Rusty Thomas and others were arrested for blocking an abortion clinic's doors in Kentucky.
An interview with Rusty and then a discussion as to whether this fits abolitionist ideology or strategy.
Lawyer J.B. (Jack) Freedle has mailed a cease and desist letter to abolitionist Mike Gulley, which, in the strongest terms,
advises Mike that his abhorrent actions against Mt. Pleasant General Baptist Church in Cottontown, TN will result in his incarceration.
Reading the letter, one wonders what terrible things the abolitionist has done to the church congregation, so on this episode we
interview Mike Gulley to find out just what he did to elicit this response.
An interview with IVF embryo rescuer Jelaine Fondren on the day she attempts to rescue two human ambryos frozen for five
years in an IVF lab. These embryos are not the Fondren's conceived children, and Jelaine explains how she got motivated to practice this
pure and undefiled religion. She also explains the process and costs of IVF adoption and rescue.

In an interview in the Boise capitol office of Idaho state senator Dan Foreman, the senator explains his ideology behind his
bill that he is introducing to the Idaho senate that will prosecute all abortions as 1st degree murder and attempted abortions as attempted
murder.
Various newspapers have reported, and the senator has said, that there would only be an exception to prosecution for murder if the mother's
life is in immediate danger, but he has not disclosed what the language of that exception is.
This interview focuses on his motivation for the bill and the response he has gotten from constituents. He also talks about the bill's
prospects in the Idaho senate. Part of the discussion revolves around the state of Idaho's ability to protect innocent life even when the
federal courts remain contrary to Idaho on that matter.
Recently, host Bill Colley of News Radio 1310, KLIX in Twin Falls, Idaho had the spokesperson from Abolish Abortion Idaho on
his program to discuss the ballot initiative that is circulating in Idaho that would treat abortion as first degree murder in the Idaho
criminal code.
Bill spent an entire hour on the subject, providing commentary on the petition and had several callers discuss the petition as well.
This edition of Abolitionist Radio is a reproduction of the Bill Colley program that aired on January 10, 2017.
Scott Herndon, host of Abolitionist Radio and spokesperson for the ballot initiative circulating in Idaho that will abolish
abortion in Idaho and make it 1st degree murder via the November 2018 general election ballot joined Mark Kreslins on the Veritas
Radio Network's Crusade channel last week to talk about the initiative.
Mark has years of experience on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. as a senior legislative assistant to a couple of congressmen, and as an
evangelical Christian has since joined the crusade for state sovereignty in regards to the important moral subjects of our day, especially
the abortion holocaust.
On January 17, 2017, the Neal Larson Show on KID 590 AM in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Idaho state senator Dan Foreman's 1st degree
murder abortion bill was discussed by the hosts, and an informal poll of listeners was taken as to whether listeners thought abortion should
be treated as 1st degree murder in state law.
Abolitionist Radio host Scott Herndon was also a guest on the show in an earlier hour of the program, so with the information Scott
discussed with the hot Neal Larson, Neal Larson and his co-host had their ongoing discussions.
We listen to the Neal Larson Show and interact with it on this episode of our Abolitionist Radio podcast.
This past week Texas state representative Tony Tinderholt filed his Abolition of Abortion Act in the Texas House of
Representatives. The bill is HB 948 and revises Texas Code to treat abortion just like any other murder of the born. The bill also calls
explicitly for a defiance of any court that would interfere with the enforcement of the enacted legislation.
On this episode, abolitionists Bradley Pierce and Wes Thomas join us to discuss the bill, what it actually changes in the Texas state code,
what the history of the bill is, who representative Tinderholt is, what are the next steps for the bill in the Texas legislature, and how
folks in Texas and the rest of the country can help move this bill forward.
An interview with Representative Curt Nisly of Indiana's district 22, who just introduced to the Indiana legislature house bill
1134 that will eliminate from Indiana Code all regulations of human abortion. With this bill, all abortions in Indiana would be against
Indiana's state murder statutes, and dismemberment abortions in particular, would be subject to a life sentence without parole or the death
penalty.
All abortions, all intentional killings of preborn human beings from the moment of conception would be subject to Indiana's felony murder
statutes, no matter how the preborn child is killed nor where (inside or outside the womb) the preborn child is killed.
Included in the bill are three sections that particulary deploy and direct defiance of the federal government.
Representative Curt Nisly explains the bill on the program and also tells us a little about his background and his other legislative
priorities.
Recently, Apologia Radio has started a campaign to raise $250,000 for a three point campaign that involves training pastors and
equipping local churches to minister at abortion mills, expanding media capabilities to spread the truth about abortion, and working on
legislation that would end abortion now.
Alan Maricle joins Scott Herndon to review the campaign and discuss which points may be effective or may not work so well.
Since it is the time of year when Christians celebrate the birth of Christ, we examine the incarnation of Christ in the womb of
a young, virgin mother. It is a glorious thing to consider God eternal confined to a one celled human organism.
On this episode we play artist Lovejoy's song Dangerous travels.
Art Sisneros has recently made national news in relation to his status as a Texas elector who has pledged to vote for the
Republican for President that won the popular vote of Texas, Donald Trump.
But after becoming an elector, Art studied Article II and the 12th amendment of the US Constitution, read Federalist Paper #68 by Alexander
Hamilton and spent a lot of time in scripture as to whether Trump is qualified to be a national leader in civil office.
Art's study presented three options to him - 1) Keep his pledge and vote in the electoral college for Trump on December 19, 2) Vote for
someone else who is qualified, violating his pledge and becoming a "faithless elector", or 3) Vacate his position as an elector.
In this extended interview with Art, we find out how he worked his way through the analysis and came to a decision.
On December 7, 2016, the state legislature of Ohio passed as part of a child abuse bill, a statute regarding abortion that would essentially prohibit abortions if there is a fetal heartbeat. In the press, it was reported that abortions would be restricted at 6 weeks gestation and that most abortions would then be prohibited in Ohio.
In this episode of Abolitionist Radio we examine how this bill is a bad idea, represents a wrongheaded approach to the abortion holocaust, and because it is coming at the holocaust from with the wrong strategy, it will never actually take effect and will never prohibit any abortions.
We also contrast the paradigm of the heartbeat bill with the paradigm of abolitionist legislation.
On Wednesday, November 16, 2016, Abolitionist Radio host Scott Herndon appeared as a guest on the Post Falls, Idaho's KYMS morning show's Watchman Wednesday to talk about the Idaho initiative petition that will prohibit abortion in Idaho and treat it as first degree murder in the state's criminal code.
This is the first such legislation proposed in the state since 1973. In this episode, Scott talks about the legislation and discusses with the morning show hosts the path to abolition, which includes defiance of the unrighteous opinion of the Supreme Court opinions on abortion.
During the Watchman Wednesday segment, though you hear the hosts agree with the legislation, you can hear in their words and language as they discuss abortion, the infection of the unBiblical approach of the pro-life efforts of the last 44 years in America.
So, in this episode of Abolitionist Radio, we note the unBiblical parts of the conversation and make corrections to align the conversation to the scriptures.
Jason Garwood recently spoke to Colwood Church about being a Christian revolutionary and Biblically opposing unrighteousness and tyranny. The prime example of unrighteousness that demands visionary and bold Christian revolutionaries to demand interposition of their lesser magistrates is the abortion holocaust.
Jason thoroughly explains righteous and biblical resistance to tyranny through civil governmental leaders in what is known as the doctrine of the lesser magistrates, and he cites a number of Biblical examples in this episode.
We complete our interview with Tom Hoefling and discuss further his quest to be President. Tom talks about the need of the Church to depart from the two party system and to return to a constitutionally administered Republican form of government.
We also give our pick for President after interviewing Tom, Darrell Castle and after reviewing the major party candidates.
We interview Darrell Castle, one of the founders of the Constitution Party with Howard Phillips in 1992. Darrell is the party's candidate for President in 2016.
In this interview , he speaks specifically on the constitutional right of the executive branch and of states to defy the authority of the Supreme Court. He also talks about his 7 presidential election cycles experiencing prominent Christians say that the Constitution Party's candidates are the best for POTUS but that these prominent Christians must rather vote for what is essentially a "lesser of two evils".
Darrell talks about the need for the Church to humble themselves before God according to 2 Chronicales 7:14, and that the Church ought to apply the standards of several specific scriptures as they vote for political candidates.
We interview America's Party for POTUS 2016, Tom Hoefling, specifically about his extended views on the abortion holocaust and specifically what he would do about abortion if he was POTUS. Tom gets into the details of executive orders and the use of military force, but he also elucidates his hope that the American people would rise up like the people of Berlin in 1989.
We also ask Tom to contrast his position to that of the Constitution Party's POTUS candidate Darrell Castle, which in turn brings up contrasts to the historical positions of Ron Paul and the Libertarians.
The general election in the United States for 2016 is just around the corner, and as has happened every election for the past multiples of decades, Christian evangelical leaders in America have made suggestions to their flocks as to how to vote, and they have even endorsed candidates, without putting forth any single Biblical standard to guide the process. We'd go so far as to say they have not even presented a single text from the Bible to support their endorsements.
In fact, for the most part, national Christian leadership has not even been aware that there are standards in the scriptures for choosing qualified civil magistrates, nor have they even held a theological worldview that would incorporate Biblical standards for civil leaders, so that they have essentially had to make excuses for their endorsement of heathen scoundrels.
The primary motivations these Christian "leaders" have used to justify their ineptitude in these matters is the "politics of fear" - if you don't for such and such evil person or thing, then calamity will befall all of us. Their trust has apparently been in politics and man and pragmatism, rather than in God.
In this episode of Abolitionist Radio, we show you that there is actually extremely clear guidance in the Bible that instructs Christians in how they should choose leaders who would rule as civil magistrates.
