i don't think scooping out a pumpkin would take that long. if its 2700lbs, the insides might weigh 2,000lbs. You can probably shovel 5-10lbs per scoop. That means youd have 200-400 scoops. if you did 10 scoops a min, it would take 20-40 mins. if you went 10 times slower to 1 scoop per minute, thats 3.3hrs - 6.6 hrs. Depends on what kind of shape you're in though.
