Life can be hard. Things happen that we don’t see coming. And while you can’t always control the circumstances, you always have control over how you respond. That’s the throughline of my conversation with Ron Lynch. He’s lived life as a true Renaissance man—from writer, director, and producer to cook, inventor, traveler, and philanthropist. He’s built billion-dollar brands and mastered dozens of skills, but what really sets him apart is his ability to choose joy, no matter what life throws his way. In our conversation, Ron shows how that same mindset applies to staying relevant and resilient in today’s world. He explains why developing a wide range of skills is your best defense in a future being reshaped by AI, how to approach learning without adding overwhelm, and why your emotional state is always within your control, even in difficult or uncertain times.  We also explore Ron’s powerful “Introduction from God” exercise—a practice that forces you to confront who you want to be remembered as, and challenges you to live in alignment with that vision every single day. Ever notice your best ideas don’t come when you’re forcing yourself to “figure things out”? They show up in the shower, on a walk, or drifting off to sleep. That’s because inspiration flows when you quiet your overactive, ego-driven mind and create space for divine guidance. Today, I’m sharing how I learned to replace overthinking with what I call “divine downloads” — ideas that feel like they come straight from God, your highest self, or collective consciousness. I’ll walk you through a powerful story from a recent mastermind that reminded me how life-changing it is to act on inspiration the moment it arrives (before doubt talks you out of it). By the end of this episode, you’ll know how to create more space for inspiration, capture those ideas before they fade, and turn them into the kind of meaningful action that transforms your life — and the lives of those you care about most. If you're worried that AI will replace your job or that Bitcoin is just hype, this episode will challenge your perspective on the future of work and money.  For many, AI sparks fears of mass job loss or the gradual erosion of our ability to think for ourselves. And Bitcoin comes with concerns about volatility, or the belief that it’s just a speculative investment bubble.  But as you’ll hear from today’s guest, it’s not all doom and gloom. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Mark Moss is one of the world’s leading experts on Bitcoin and macroeconomics, and has recently been appointed Chief Bitcoin Architect for a billion-dollar international company.  Mark shares how major technological shifts in history echo today’s AI changes—and why job loss fears may be overblown. He explains how AI often enhances jobs instead of replacing them, and how it’s boosting professional performance. We also discussed why Bitcoin is more than just digital money—it’s the first new financial asset in 500 years, and it’s reshaping our understanding of wealth. Mark breaks down how our money is being silently devalued, why the illusion of wealth is keeping the middle class stuck, and how Bitcoin is emerging as a potential global reserve asset. We’re living through one of the most profound transitions in human history. With AI projected to disrupt or replace over 300 million jobs globally and 75% of the global workforce rethinking their careers, it’s no wonder that 1 in every 3 Americans has already undergone a major life change in recent years. This reckoning has created a pivotal moment in which fear, uncertainty, and doubt about the future are becoming increasingly prevalent. When life feels uncertain or misaligned, having a clear and compelling vision can be the anchor that pulls you forward. And today’s episode is all about crafting a spiritual vision, not just a set of goals, but vision that pulls you toward your biggest goals… even when life feels out of control. Jennifer Hudye is the founder of Vision Driven, where she helps entrepreneurs, CEOs, leaders and changemakers craft, clarify, and connect to their compelling vision of the future. She's a gifted speaker who has taken the stage at TEDx, Mindvalley, and EO, to name a few. She has worked with renowned thought leaders, including Tony Robbins, Joe Polish, Dan Sullivan, and many others. And as you’ll hear, her passion for helping others to take control and design a life they love shines brightly. In our conversation, Jennifer guides us through the five essential steps to crafting a spiritual vision, starting with self-honesty and culminating with becoming the version of yourself who can bring it to life. You’ll learn how to suspend the “how,” what to do when fear blocks your clarity, and why vision is more than just a mental tool—it’s a way to partner with God (or your higher power) to co-create a life aligned with your purpose. Have you ever known something was wrong with your body, but no doctor could tell you why? You’ve seen the specialists, done the tests, maybe even tried the prescriptions—but the root cause still isn’t clear. I’ve faced that same dead end. And in today’s episode, I’m sharing how one person helped me get answers no one else could. His name is Jason Ward, and he’s a medical intuitive who’s worked with over 80,000 people. He can scan your body and pinpoint root issues that often slip past traditional tests. Jason has helped people uncover everything from chronic pain triggers to hidden hernias to early-stage diseases that hadn’t even shown up on scans. In my case, he helped me heal a lingering wrist injury that specialists couldn’t diagnose after a year of appointments. In this episode, we unpack how Jason discovered this gift, what he actually sees during a scan, and why he believes his intuition isn’t spiritual—it’s biological. If you’ve ever felt like something is off in your body but the medical system can't give you answers, this conversation may change your life. BOOK A CALL WITH JASON If you’ve been searching for answers and hitting dead ends, working with Jason could open a new door. What if the limitations you believe about yourself aren't the truth but a prison of your mind's design? Today, we'll explore how our deepest struggles—feelings of fear, not being enough, or childhood trauma—are rooted not in reality but in subconscious stories we've come to accept as true. Those invisible narratives keep us in a state of suffering and prevent us from reaching our full potential. Peter Crone, known as The Mind Architect, has helped world-class athletes, executives, and everyday people rewire their subconscious beliefs and unlock "the power of infinite possibility." Having tragically lost both of his parents by the age of 17, Peter learned firsthand the pain of loss and the impact of unconscious trauma. But rather than letting it define him, he used it as a catalyst to understand the inner architecture of the mind, and now helps others break free from their own constraints. In this conversation, Peter guides me through a live coaching experience and unpacks the nature of emotional suffering, the origins of limiting beliefs, and why healing starts with awareness. If you've ever felt stuck, burdened by the events in your past, or disconnected from your true self, this episode is a masterclass on navigating negative emotions and returning to a place of freedom, love, and possibility. KEY TAKEAWAYS How early life trauma wires subconscious beliefs that shape our identity The difference between emotional pain and psychological suffering Why affirmations often don’t work—and the language used to dissolve limiting beliefs The 10 “primal prisons” that keep us stuck in patterns of fear, shame, and inadequacy How to access inner freedom through self-inquiry and conscious awareness A powerful mindset shift for men and women around emotional expression and empathy Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/593 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. What if the fastest way to unlock clarity, connection, and emotional healing wasn't through another mindset shift but through your breathwork? Don't knock it before you try it. When it's done correctly, breathwork has incredible healing powers.  Even though I've tried to apply breathwork with the S.A.V.E.R.S. in my Miracle Morning, it was usually an afterthought when meditating. But not anymore, and you'll hear about my experience when I truly felt how powerful it was, to the point that I was bawling my eyes out and releasing so much energy. Samantha Skelly is the founder of the world's leading breathwork brand, Pause Breathwork. She's also a bestselling author, international speaker, and host of the Can't Be Contained podcast. For years, Samantha struggled with anxiety, body image issues, eating disorders… you name it. And despite being a personal development junkie, nothing was working. But by reading one book, her intuition told her to book a one-way ticket to Bali to learn about breathwork, and her life was changed forever. In our conversation, you'll learn how breathwork creates sustainable transformation when combined with mindset shifts and the concept of making emotional pain optional by tapping into its power and using breathwork as a tool to make those moments easier to manage. If you're someone who has tried breathwork before but is still unsure whether it works, I encourage you to check out this episode. KEY TAKEAWAYS The duality of life where the moments of pain make moments of joy so much better How your breath is the bridge that connects you to your true self Why emotions stored in the body block your growth How to take convert emotional pain & memories into positive energy Why mindset work alone won’t create lasting change without somatic healing Samantha’s simple 3-minute breathwork exercise to help remove fears and feel love today Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/592 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. Be honest: do you still regularly invest time dreaming of new possibilities for your life?  While far too many of us have given up on our dreams, Jesse Cole is living proof that no matter how low (or broke) we may be, creating the life of our dreams is not only possible, but it’s never too late—and today’s episode can help you do the same.  One of the most inspiring human beings I’ve ever met, Jesse dreamt of making it big as a professional baseball player—until an injury put an end to that dream. But where one dream ended, an even bigger one began…  After realizing baseball fans regularly left games early, Jesse reimagined the sport he loved and created a wildly entertaining, fast-paced version of baseball called “Banana Ball” that has taken the sports world by storm with a waitlist of 3.5 million people and over 15 million followers online!  I met Jesse backstage at an event we were both speaking at, where he told me that reading The Miracle Morning (in 2015) and implementing the S.A.V.E.R.S. nearly every day since has enabled him to turn his life around and make his dreams a reality.  è Click here to see a video of the moment we met! In today’s podcast conversation, Jesse shares the mindset shifts and simple daily practices that helped him turn his life around and achieve seemingly impossible dreams, which you can model to revisit and begin to achieve your dreams.  KEY TAKEAWAYS How Jesse’s mornings start with a purpose and fuel his creativity The power of journaling and creating before consuming How Jesse turned his passion for baseball into a unique and wildly successful league Don’t be afraid to fail. We live in a time when there is so much information and technology available to optimize our health, making it increasingly easy to fall into the trap of obsessing and overcomplicating our health. I recently had the honor of speaking at Dave Asprey’s Biohacking Conference, and I had an eye-opening realization: sometimes, the pursuit of biohacking can lead us away from peace and into overwhelm.  In this episode, I’m sharing five (5) nature-based “biohacks” that are free and cost nothing to help improve your mind, body, and overall well-being. While there is no shortage of tools and gadgets, such as cold plunges, red light therapy, and PEMF mats, that track every macro—and I’ve tried them all—we actually have everything we need if we just utilize what nature provides. No matter what your personal goals are, whether it’s to lose weight, add muscle, or improve cardio, I believe that improving our health isn’t achieved through suffering; it’s attained with consistent and sustainable actions that give you the energy and motivation to propel you towards the next step.  KEY TAKEAWAYS How biohacking can shift from helpful to harmful when it becomes obsessive Why peace—not performance—should be your health goal Three questions to ask yourself to simplify your health routine Five nature-based habits that are both free and timeless How breathwork, natural sunlight, and grounding are great ways to reset and calm your nervous system Why learning more can sometimes be procrastination in disguise Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/590 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. From an early age, we’re taught that the more you know, the better. But times have changed, as must our approach to learning.  More information is overwhelming, confusing, and slows us down. If information alone were the answer, we’d all be exactly where we want to be. The true indicator of success or failure isn’t the volume of what you know but how effectively you apply that knowledge. Whether it’s consuming podcasts and books or keeping up with social media on top of our work and family life, many of us spend time learning but struggle to implement what we’ve learned.  That’s why I’m thrilled to welcome Pat Flynn back on the podcast. Pat is a long-time friend, beloved author, entrepreneur, speaker, and host of the Smart Passive Income Podcast. In today’s podcast, and in his newest book, Lean Learning: How to Achieve More by Learning Less, Pat shares a brilliant approach that can change the way you think, learn, develop, and enhance new skills.  In our conversation, you’ll learn the difference between what Pat calls “just-in-time learning” and “just-in-case learning,” how micro mastery enhances our learning process, and how voluntary force functions like setting dates and deadlines helped him succeed in business, public speaking, and even fishing. You’ll walk away with new tools on how you can shift your mindset, apply lean learning to any goal, and start making immediate progress—one small action at a time. KEY TAKEAWAYS The difference between just-in-time learning vs just-in-case learning Why we’re overinformed, overwhelmed and not productive The power of mentors, support and community to keep you motivated How micromastery reduces overwhelm and helps learn new skills faster How to apply lean learning to your Miracle Morning and the value of teaching others The power of voluntary force functions and adding dates to your goals Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/589 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. One of the biggest contributors of stress that is impacting millions of Americans right now is financial anxiety and economic uncertainty. The reality is that only way to change your life is to change your habits. Setting bigger goals is fun—but if you don’t identify and implement the habits that are necessary to achieving your goals, you’ll be setting yourself up for disappointment.  Today, I'm sharing four (4) simple steps that will help you transform your habits, which are so easy to implement that you'll feel like you can't fail. Once they're part of your routine, they become automatic, to the point where I don't even think of them anymore.  Whether you're looking to improve your health, your finances, your mindset, or your relationships, these simple steps will help eliminate resistance and help create new habits that are practical and sustainable.  I'll also share tips on avoiding the common pitfalls that hold people back, aligning your habits with your identity, and how small, consistent changes can completely transform your life. If you've struggled with creating new habits and tend to get stuck in old patterns, you'll be able to take that first step towards the goals that align with who you are and who you want to become. KEY TAKEAWAYS The only way to change your life is to change your habits When you get your habits right, everything else falls into place Creating healthy habits will shape your future. Creating bad habits will sabotage you Most people fail to change their habits because they start too big The four steps to building habits that actually stick The importance of tracking your progress and celebrating small wins Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/586 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. This episode is incredibly long overdue but the stars aligned, and I had the chance to interview someone who has been instrumental in helping me become the man I am today. That person is none other than my mom, Julie Wilson. I can’t wait for you to hear her story and mine from her perspective. You’ve heard me talk about many of the difficult chapters in my life—losing my sister, surviving a near-fatal car crash, battling cancer—but today, you’ll hear those stories through the eyes of the woman who lived them right alongside me. And when I say literally, I mean literally beside me. My mom has been through more than most: the heartbreaking loss of a daughter (my sister), raising a rebellious teen (yep, that was me), watching me fight for my life multiple times, and most recently, surviving a serious fall that shattered her heel and broke her wrist. And yet, she remains one of the most joyful, optimistic, and resilient people I know. Her strength doesn’t come from avoiding hardship—it comes from choosing laughter, faith, and service in the face of it. Whether you’re a parent, a child, or someone simply navigating a tough season with life’s curveballs, this episode is packed with love, wisdom, and great perspective. You’ll learn how the positive mindset that I have today started when I was very young, why my family chooses to focus on the good things and not on the things that are out of our control, and how my mom lives with unshakable joy, even when life gets tough. KEY TAKEAWAYS How the words “Can’t Change It” is more than a phrase—it’s our way of life How my mom turned the loss of her daughter into a mission of healing for others Why giving tough love is necessary sometimes, especially when raising teenagers The positive mindset my mom had after a devastating fall from a ladder Her simple advice on true happiness and feeling young at heart That it’s better to give than to receive and why my mom is compelled to help others Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/585 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. Dealing with trauma and shame from our past can be tremendously heavy burdens to carry—but they don’t have to define us.  These horrible experiences often shape our identity, our relationships, and even how we view the world. But one of the most important conversations we can have is how to heal from those experiences. It’s my pleasure to introduce you to Daniela Tilbrook. Daniela is a trauma survivor, coach, and the author of the powerful new book, Not My Shame: Healing Childhood Trauma. She shares her deeply personal journey of surviving a decade of childhood sexual abuse, the years of silence that followed, and the transformative steps she’s taken to heal, reclaim her voice, and now helps others do the same. You’ll hear how meditation and The Miracle Morning were game-changers for Daniela in rebuilding a sense of faith and purpose and helped her shift from surviving to enjoying a purposeful life again. Whether you’ve experienced trauma yourself or want to support someone who has, this episode offers a message of hope, practical tools for healing, and a reminder that no matter your past, you have the power to choose your future. KEY TAKEAWAYS Why shame is never yours to carry—and how to give it back Daniela’s LIGHT framework for healing trauma and reclaiming life How the Miracle Morning helped Daniela shift from surviving to thriving The power of affirmations and daily rituals in trauma recovery How to break free from overthinking, inaction, and victimhood Why finding your purpose transforms pain into power Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/584 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. We spend our lives balancing two forces: the actions we take (what we do) and the emotions that shape our inner world (how we feel). Last week, I addressed the first with a podcast episode titled The Shortcut to Self-Discipline (click here if you missed it), which teaches how we can get ourselves to do what we need to do, when we need to do it—whether we feel like it or not.  This week, I’m giving you The Blueprint for Inner Bliss.  What is inner bliss?  It’s that state of genuine and sustained contentment, gratitude, and joy that doesn’t depend on external events and enables you to maintain optimal mental and emotional states, even when life feels chaotic, uncertain, or out of control. KEY TAKEAWAYS Why fulfillment comes down to two things: what you do and how you feel The 3 pillars of inner bliss and how to practice each one daily How comparison keeps you from happiness—and how to break free from it Why defining your purpose doesn’t need to be perfect A simple, powerful morning practice to cultivate peace and fulfillment Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/583 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. Have you ever struggled to follow through with your goals? Maybe you’ve labeled yourself as lazy, inconsistent, or just not disciplined enough. I get it—because that used to be me. In this episode, I’m diving into what I believe is the ultimate superpower for achieving anything you want in life: self-discipline. I’m sharing my journey from being an utterly undisciplined teenager to becoming one of the top performers at Cutco. Whether you’ve never considered yourself a disciplined person or you’re already a high achiever looking to maximize your full potential, this episode will give you a step-by-step approach to developing the discipline you need to achieve your biggest goals. You’ll learn the four key components of self-discipline, the difference between being motivated and truly committed, and why your identity plays a critical role in your consistency.  P.S. I’m sharing My Daily Self-Discipline Affirmations to help you build this superpower and make it a part of who you are, starting today. KEY TAKEAWAYS What motivates some people might not motivate others The 4 components of self-discipline (and the right order to apply them) The difference between being discipline-dependent and self-disciplined How your identity shapes your habits and outcomes A 30-day challenge to transform your self-discipline, starting today Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/582 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. I agree it doesn't take out a whole town but just the community members in the school. When numbers in a community are low, not such a big risk, but when numbers are surging, they will spread the wealth within their household. https://domyessay.onl
