well I think the door one you might be talking about is the one from Warhammer inquistor martyr. where the door we being handled by full torso sticking out of the wall and you mostly yelled at them to open. I remember one was complaining about chaos taint in the walls. but as for the doors in dark tide I think that if just a normal button with a skull decorating it.

During 3rd Edition, when the T'au came out, a whole lotta anime fanboys came in and my nids were literally getting shot to death. And there was a big Eye of Terror campaign where we could send in our battle results and there was a crap ton of T'au victories and the rest of us were like wtf...
As a former Nid player, I can attest to how GW does not like nids at all even though Lore is just cool. 3rd and 4th edition was pretty much the time when Starship troopers came out and I played a whole lotta bugs vs marines or guard games. But yea they suck. Too bad they're still kinda mediocre tabletop wise.
