For our last episode of season 3, we talk about burnout. Being in our 20s, we sometimes feel as if we always need to be doing something in school, at work, or even just on weekends. But this idea of constantly having to do something can very easily lead to burnout. Join us as we each share our own experiences with burning out both socially and professionally, how we try to stop ourselves from feeling that way, and what we do to get out of our slump. We’ll be back late fall for season 4 where we’ll continue to share candidly about all the highs and lows of navigating adulthood. Thank you to all of our listeners and for all your continuous support throughout our journey!
