Chloe Cullen is a writer, scripted television comedy assistant at CAA, and a recovering perfectionist. At 25-years-old, Chloe is set to release her first book, PERF, later this fall. The novel explores the ignored side of perfectionism. Chloe’s work has also been published in TINGE Magazine, Please See Me, and other publications. She has worked at entertainment agencies, management firms, and production companies in talent representation and development. Chloe graduated magna cum laude from Penn State University, obtaining three degrees over five years: a Masters of Arts in creative writing, Bachelors of Arts in English, and a Bachelors of Arts in broadcast journalism. She loves storytelling in all realms of media, from television to books. She currently lives in New York. Connor Gross (@c_gro) is a 24-year-old entrepreneur who sold his 7-figure business Cardly, while he was still attending college at Northeastern University. "There's something that you could push yourself in physically or mentally that makes you a tougher individual." Ryan Lange is a 24-year-old ultramarathon runner and business owner. He became the youngest person to ever run a 200-mile race at just 20-years-old. Ryan's objective is to show others the value created by pushing your body and brain to their absolute limits. Ryan owns and operates an outdoor apparel company (Live GenZ), a product development company (Persistent Design & Marketing), and he's also an RRCA certified running coach (RaveRunner Training). He ran the Moab 240 in 86 hours. A self-described "chubby" kid growing up, Ryan began running freshman year of college to lose weight. "If you're ever trying to build confidence in whatever you're doing, go to dinner by yourself." Max Busca is a Sales Development Manager at the eCommerce startup MikMak. MikMak helps brands connect their digital investments to online retailer insights. After an internship heading into his senior year, Max realized that finance wasn't the career path he wanted to take. He connected with a college alumni who started a sports and apparel company, Destination Athlete. Max ended up purchasing his own franchise and ran it for a year, with YoY sales of 160%. Max choose to sell the franchise once he came to the conclusion that he wanted to work for a startup. "You can always perfect anything infinitely, but at a certain point, it's time to let it go." Sam is a mechanical engineer from Montreal, Canada. He has pursued a wide range of engineering experiences in over five different industries, including rockets at SpaceX, energy storage at Tesla, and electric flying cars at Lilium Aviation. His current focus is helping to solve the climate crisis. He’s a leader and organizer of a highly active and entrepreneurial climate community called Work on Climate. He has also developed a board game about climate solutions, called Solutions. Kyle Sparkman (@kylesparkman) is a guitarist and singer-songwriter based in Philadelphia. His music has been described as indie-funk or a combination of “Mac DeMarco, John Frusciante, Tom Misch, and some disco rolled into one.” Kyle recently released his live sessions EP “Alive and Well”. His music and videos have been streamed over 400,000 times. Kyle discovered his passion for performing while studying Economics at the University of Clemson. He did a semester abroad in Paris, France where he began performing in the street and jamming with other musicians. After graduation, Kyle began to get his footing in the Philadelphia music scene playing guitar for the band Looseleaf. But an opportunity arose to teach English in Lyon, France for a year and Kyle took it. He returned back to Philadelphia and was reestablishing himself in the scene until the pandemic hit. Kyle has been focusing on creating new music and promoting his content on social media.
