Description
A fiction podcast, based on the new novel 'After the Revolution' by Robert Evans. After The Revolution is set fifty years in the future, in a Texas wracked by civil war. We follow three characters: a "fixer" named Manny who leads reporters through the warzone, a young extremist named Sasha determined to join a militia called the Heavenly Kingdom, and an old veteran named Roland with a body full of U.S. army cyber-ware and a bunch of missing memories.

I really hope there’s a part 2
I love the show but jfc, the same annoying commercial played four times in an episode under thirty minutes -perfect way to have the opposite effect you want from advertising. I'm sure it's not the AtR folks fault but damn is it effective at getting me to not listen to more than one episode at a time.

this is great ! l wasn't sure at the beginning but I stuck with it and got totally hooked , binge listened the lot. love the dry humour and the reader is brilliant. more please and soon.

Holy shit, that was amazing! I know there's still an epilogue coming, but I'm gonna say now that that was the most entertaining story I've listened to in a LONG time. I laughed hard, I teared up, and I felt profoundly connected to so many different parts. I cannot wait for the sequel. Thank you, Robert!

Fuck your commercials. you're going to load up your first episode. with that many commercials! Really? You need to hook your audience. Not sell them. So guess what? I am going to the next podcast. not like yours. One that doesn't have that many commercials even before the podcast begins. fuck off. you don't get my time.
I love this show. This is what evangelicals want. A full on theocracy with the Bible version of sharia law. Christo-fascism is kinda looking like a potential outcome. People like mike pence have been really successful at ignoring separation of church and state and they have gotten policies in place based on their religion. They don’t want an abortion so nobody else should get one either. Make churches pay taxes and we’ll see who the real believers are real quick. In my state the Bible thumpers just made it even easier to pull your kids from sex-ed. That’s why teen pregnancy and std’s are higher per capita in those communities. But great show. I kinda wish I’d found it after this season was done so I could binge listen.
