I'm here to provide guidance, interview experts, and share stories from people just like you so you'll feel more connected, prepared, and less stressed. We have big complicated lives to live, and this is part of the whole thing. I want to empower and inspire you to enjoy, to laugh, to ponder, to grieve and to really engage in this part of life. - Ellen.
