Legal immigration process I honestly don't understand why not many apply to legally immigrate. This makes me mad because I did the footwork to ensure my wife immigrate to the USA. To ensure her documents were processed properly, I flew to the Philippines, went with her to all her appointments, paid for the processing fees, and then waited for a year for approval of her Immigration Visa. Those who illegally immigrate over burden on the Homeland Secruity Immigration, in turn, cause the immigration fees to be increased to cover the Agency's yearly operations cost. The second reason Biden's administration has angered me. It is not fair for those who file Path to Citizenship, wait for Visa approval, meanwhile those flood the boarders enter the USA then stay without threat of deportation.
