Hello, I am Mongolian and i have decided to listen your podcast from the beginning. I have been learning english for soo long time and still can’t directly speak with native speakers. From this conversation I have learned that you guys are very energetic teachers. I also love to dance and being active.

For advanced Listeners, you have to try to listen to the podcast at 1.25x or 1.50x speed. It's really challenging but possible and improve your understanding a lot.
