Description

Feeling WELL and being HEALTHY is a journey and we're always almost there...and then you hear about a new innovative product/service/experience that sparks interest. Things change as we age too; a wellness practice that you didn't like years ago now becomes a coveted practice while a beloved modality no longer works.  I'm always curious about the myriad options for aging well and feeling great; mentally, physically and spiritually. Today, there are so many options from salt therapy to psychedelics and everything in between.  I'm fascinated to hear about how people stay healthy & well day to day and bigger picture. I especially appreciate what's considered holistic, alternative, and preventative. I'll be talking to visionaries, thought leaders, experts and advocates in the wellness space.  Hosted by Sandy Abrams (TheCEOm.com)
