We're going to release a mini-episode each month - this allows us to cover more cases, even the ones where there isn't enough for a full episode. This month, it's the murder of Irene Auhll of St. Clair Shores. It's a throwback case for sure, but there are recent developments. Were the tree trimmers ever looked at as suspects? It seems they were there shortly before the murder. Maybe they finished their shift and decided to rob the family. Also, I think the daughter was bludgeoned because maybe they ran out of bullets? Or the gun jammed? But that seems so brutal to do to a 7 year old child 😢😢😢

With as obviously corrupt as the (now former) sheriff was, has anyone looked at them or their son for Jean's disappearance?

Does Identifinders ever work on unidentified living? There is a woman at a facility missing her legs and has no memory of who she is. That would be one that would be great to find out who she is and maybe if she has family that misses her. #identifinders #DNA #geneticgeneology

I know this episode is from a couple of years ago, but I really hope the more recent episodes get rid of the music. It's not only distracting, but the weird laughing isn't creepy, it's just stupid. It doesn't go with this episode at all, and this podcast is better than this horrendous music

I am screaming at my phone during the entire story about the 'rather mild' rape. Richard Bardwell is a POS who doesn't deserve to sit on a bench judging crimes. He should be brought up as an accessory to all the crimes David committed after his release because that judge is just as guilty.

Was anyone calling him except his parents? Maybe he was hoping others would be contacting him before he made the decision to drive off the embankment. I think this is a Brandon Lawson story. His remains are out there somewhere for someone to maybe find him at some point.

Danny is a self serving POC. He has probably been being forgiven for lots of stuff his entire life. where is the Christian forgiveness he was raised with? he had none for his parents to when they made him angry. and so this whole forgiveness thing as it applies to Danny is completely backwards and meaningless.

Thanks for answering the question I had. If it was said in the documentary I missed it. He kidnapped Susan and her 2 sisters but I didn't hear them say what happened to the sisters. I'm glad he dropped them instead of killing them like he did with Michael.

Did they check the bus routes to see if he got on a bus after leaving the hospital instead of being picked up? Most hospitals have various bus routes in the area.

If his car was never found, is it possible he drove into the river, successfully got out of his car, but unfortunately drown due to the current? I have no idea how large this river is. Just a theory...
