Description

This man is Always Tribbyn'! Tribbyn' is life style, or better said a description of my life style.
From growing up in a broken, abusive home to having no home at all, to finding family in the most unexpected places, life has shown me a thing or two. Life has been Tribby..... But through it all I am here to tell my story and hopefully help a few people deal with their own struggles along the way. Life might suck now, but I promise there are better days ahead!

Best of the best conversations from the original run of the Always Tribbyn' Podcast. This week I sit down with myself, but not in like a creepy way.  Back from visiting my friends and family in Arizona, I wanted to take some time and reflect on the relationship I have with my father. Growing up 1 of 6, poor as dirt, and a mother that was in and out of prison things weren't great. My relationship with my dad has never been real good, to put it nicely and it is a struggle I have dealt with all my life. So here some thoughts on that.

Best of the best conversations from the original run of the Always Tribbyn' Podcast. This week, yet another friend from high school, really the peak of my social life.... This week it is none other than Jose. Known in the streets (approx. 91st Ave to 85th) Jose was known as the Man-Bear-Pig for his unusually long mutton chops, physical build, and ability to eat 152 eggs in one sitting. Not at all important, but here we are. We always bonded over our rough up bringing and desire to better ourselves and find happiness. Check it out.
Best of the best conversations from the original run of the Always Tribbyn' Podcast. This week I sat down with an old friend Hai'Saun. I met Hai'Saun when he was getting off the short bus, budget cuts, and we bonded over our love from NFL franchises that continually frustrate their fans. Cardinals for me, the sorry sack of a franchise of the Bears for him. His is worse clearly. We also discuss life and other things, check it out.

Hey and hi, I'm Mike and issa podcast.  This week I dive back into the world of sports to talk some NFL and NBA free agency as we await the start of the new seasons. The KD sweepstakes as over taken the NBA while in the NFL quarterbacks are just raking in literal piles of money. All I know is I hope the Suns lose out on KD and Kyler makes good on this massive deal.  Then a quick chat about living yo best life. Check it out.
Hey and hi, I'm Mike. This episode I talk about depression, the rollercoaster that seems to go on and on and on. Every single one of us struggles with mental health sometimes even when we seem to have no reason to feel down. We've all heard that little voice telling us we're no good or unworthy and if you start to give in, even for a moment, all the good seems to vanish. But the truth is that voice is only right if you let it be. Life is what we make it, the choices we make, the energy we put out is what determines a great life. What will you do, curl up and listen or fight back and live a life you enjoy?  Also before you go, I've got a few thoughts on politics. Just some thoughts.
Hi and hello, welcome to Always Tribbyn', I'm Mike. This week I want to take some time and give props to the newly, and once again, crowned NBA champions The Golden State Warriors. 4 times in the last 8 years this team has been the final team standing, an incredible feat but even more so with how they won number 4.  From the departure of Kevin Durant, the injuries to Klay Thompson, and well Draymond Green the Warriors stuck to their core and philosophies and proved that the best kind of strength is in your own numbers.

Back again after a brief hiatus, this week I want take sometime to remember my friend and brother John. Growing up I had a few friends but none that really had my back more than John. Two hard headed kids who loved G-Unit and drinking 40's we were an inseparable menace to society until he got caught up with law. Even after years apart, our friendship was more like family and they day he got released it was like a family was whole again. Unfortunately just months later a drunken idiot with a gun took my brother away forever.  Though John is gone, his life, his impact will be forever with us. While I will always miss him, I am forever grateful for the time I got with my brother.
Hey and hello, Mike here. Back again, this week were talking trash. Trash about the Dallas Mavericks as they prepare to get eliminate from the NBA playoffs by the greatest team in the entire Phoenix metropolitan area- the Phoenix Suns. Ideally at least. Did not see this coming down to 7 games. But here we are and still I stand firm and possibly ignorant, that is just what great sports fans do.  After that I dive into some real trash talk, littering. An issue created by man for man to never solve. We have really done a great job spreading the wealth of fast food wrappers and condoms. Its a shame to see what we've done. But there is still time to correct the course, I hope.
Hello and hey, this week as I post - yes I am aware the Mavs won game 4. Yes the series is tied 2-2 despite claims made in this episode, Suns in 6.  Moving on this week I rant on about fear, an old bud. What it feels like to live in fear and an argument on dealing with facing your own fears. But I'll let you hear for yourself. Again, Suns in 6.
Hello and welcome to Always Tribbyn, I'm Mike. This past week we got to enjoy a few hours of the NFL draft, then were forced to endure the other 96 hours as rounds 3 - 7 dragged on. A fantastic time, but more importantly a week of dream coming true and the satisfaction of years of work paying off. I love everything the draft represents especially with how well the Cardinals did of course. It is inspiring to see these young men make it and always gets me pumped to reach my own goals. I focus on that and moving with purpose, to get where we want to be we have to be vigilant and move with intention. But I drag on, check it out and hear for yourself.  AlwaysTribbyn@yahoo.com
