One of my favorite shows to watch in childhood was "Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood." I loved hearing his voice, seeing him change his shoes and switch out his red sweater. I recently watched the movie “It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood” starring Tom Hanks. I absolutely loved the movie because it was layered with solutions to complex relationship issues. In this powerful podcast, I share some of my observations from the movie.

Eight years ago, I felt like a hamster on a wheel - going around in a circle and unsure of how to get off. I became intentional about changing my life. Today, I manage me and call all my shots. This podcast was pulled from my vintage collection (episode 46) and renamed. The content is timely and appropriate during this pandemic. This one is for you! Enjoy your level-up!
My favorite word is “Amazing.” In my world, it’s a representation of “the best” of something. The best may be a service, product or attitude. Why settle for “Okay” when “Amazing” is an option? When it comes to relationships, I often see people settling for “Okay, average or good enough.” Do you believe YOU can have an amazing relationship? It’s been said, when you settle for okay, you stay at okay. This informative podcast offers tips on how to stop settling for average and start expecting amazing.
In honor of Women’s History Month, I created a series called “Women Power Up.” The first episode from the series is “When Women Love.” It initially aired in 2018; the original title was “Women Hurting Women.” I changed the title because it felt negative. I listened to the podcast in its entirety and did not feel compelled to change a thing; the heart of the content remains relevant. This episode focuses on hurt between women. A woman loving another woman is AMAZING and POWERFUL. Insecurity and a lack of love can create problems with bonding and attachment for women. May this podcast serve as a tool and pathway to healing women relationships.
