Just a fun episode exploring a few expectations of gender roles when it comes to building items.

Friendships are a challenge, especially when you get older. Most times we expect many things out of friends and sometimes we feel what you give is not reciprocated. 

Setting boundaries is healthy and NOT selfish. Something as simple as saying "No" when someone asks you "Can I ask a question?" and then proceeds to ask it anyway before you answer. Take it literally and say "No" if you don't want to answer the question at the moment. IT IS OKAY! Why are we expected to be at everyone's beck and call even when it comes to answering questions?

More times than not, mommas are the disciplinarians and there are some negative emotions that come from being the one who has to be in control of all the No's thus making them look like the "bad guy" the majority of the time. 

More times than not, black women are called "Aggressive" when sporting confidence and poise. They are often expected to dim their light and keep their head down. Women in general who are highly educated and then some, get smacked with similar negative labels and expectations.

We are not too old for some game therapy...are we? We think NOT! Sometimes our escapism is playing games, and there is nothing wrong with that. #Amazonians #gametherapy #escapism We'll see you guys in the next season. Thanks so much for supporting us!  

2021 is over and now some of us still feel iffy about 2022 even though it just began. There are some things these #Amazonians still have to get off their chest. Someone can only keep helping you so much and when they stop…don’t start complaining about everything thing they tried to help you with. #notourproblem
