37 Episodes
Season 5 kicks off with filmmaker Quentin Tarantino! Recorded prior to the 2020 Academy Awards, Quentin and the gang discuss his prolific career, how creating mixtapes is an integral part of his writing process, and how Quentin ended up as an Elvis impersonator on The Golden Girls. Plus, Keith discusses his first trip to Israel.
Amy talks with celeb trainer Harley Pasternak about getting into shape for Trainwreck and that time she sent a cease and desist to her current trainer. Keith is late for this episode, and no one is surprised. The gang chats about Pounding or Passing on Katie Couric while she’s still live on the air.
The gang tackles the complicated questions around sex trafficking and the legalization of prostitution. They talk about the Equality Model with survivors. And everyone holds their breath while Keith speaks. Warning: This episode features graphic depictions of sexual abuse and violence. Discretion be advised.   To learn more about sex trafficking, visit Polaris Project - To get help if you or someone you know is impacted by this issue, call Polaris Project's National Human Trafficking Hotline - 1 (888) 373-7888 Find out more about the work done in NYC by Empower Clinic- - and Sanctuary for Families -
Jerry Seinfeld stops by to surprise Mark Normand and the crew. That’s all you need to know.
Mark Normand joins the crew and they talk about cancel culture. They have all experienced some version of it. Mark also shares the story of losing his virginity to a lady showing her bits and bobbles on a balcony in New Orleans. Alec Baldwin is in the Pound It or Pass hot seat.
John Forté talks about the extreme highs of the Fugees, the intense lows of incarceration, being pardoned and redemption. By contrast, Rachel’s redemption story involves stealing her friend’s communion dress and then giving it back. Pound it or Pass takes a religious turn with Joel Osteen.
Bill Murray shows up a day early to record his interview. He talks about letting go of grudges, his love of The Family Feud, people who cheat at golf, and how he had a standing account at Schumer’s Liquors back in his SNL days.
Spotify strongly suggests that the gang not be around when Amy interviews former Secretary of State John Kerry. But they sneak some questions in any way. He answers those preposterous questions and also manages to share some tips for saving the planet.
Season 4 kicks off with some stories about jealousy. The gang also talks Amy’s C-section, Keith’s hatred of Martha’s Vineyard, and Seth Meyers’ impeccable Pittsburgh accent. Mitch McConnell is in the Pound It or Pass hot seat.

On Tuesday, October 15th, Amy Schumer, Bridget Everett, Rachel Feinstein, and Keith Robinson are back for the fourth season of 3 Girls, 1 Keith. This season is chock full of guests. Jerry Seinfeld, Seth Meyers, and Bill Murray all join! Plus fan-favorite segments like Pound It or Pass and Keith’s Beef are back too. Listen to Season 4 for free only on Spotify.
Season 3 ends with a bang as Michelle Wolf drops by to share some insider scoop on Correspondents’ Dinnergate. Keith has thoughts on toxic masculinity, and the group chats about the size of Nancy Pelosi’s boobs. Obviously, this leads to Nancy Pelosi in the Pound It or Pass hot seat.
The gang discusses if comedy should evolve or if it’s strictly meant to push boundaries. They also share inspirational quotes and discuss whether or not to give it to Susan Boyle in Pound It or Pass. Sarah McBride, transgender rights activist and National Press Secretary for the Human Rights Campaign joins to see if Keith really has evolved. Spoiler alert: he hasn’t.
The always hilarious Judy Gold stops by with her son Henry and they chat about Magic Mike, being a Jew, and sending d*ck pics. And there’s a unanimous decision to bang Conan O’Brien in Pound It or Pass.
Amy and friends desperately try to remember one time when they made a positive difference in the world. Fortunately, Jake Tapper and his daughter Alice stop by to teach them how to actually make the world a better place. Pound It or Pass takes a very surprising turn due to the fact there’s an 11-year-old on the set.
Colin Quinn joins 3 Girls, 1 Keith to talk about commitment. The gang discovers that back in the day, no one committed to school work, but they all dove straight into comedy. They talk about relationships they committed to but shouldn’t have, and they give more detail than needed on Pound It or Pass with Al Roker.
Author Emily Oster joins to dispel the myths around pregnancy. Can you have a little wine? A little salmon? A little crack? Emily also talks about massaging your taint, and she happily jumps on the #MuteKeith bandwagon. Pregnant Jessica Simpson is the subject of this week’s Pound It or Pass.
SNL head writer Michael Che sits down with Amy and crew to talk about conflict. They cover bullying, the ‘no eye contact on the subway’ rule, and fights at Chick-fil-A. Also, Michael and Keith reminisce about having to fight the kid that was your size, just cause. And the gang very respectfully discusses Pounding It or Passing on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
The gang kicks off season 3 with Jon Glaser, aka Morning Glaze. They talk about Amy’s first on-camera sex scene, discover that Jon does a disturbing Australian accent and attempt to bring back a sketch called “The Battle of Shaven Mound.” Annette Bening is on the Pound It or Pass hot seat.

Amy and friends talk about having money and losing money. Jessica Seinfeld joins to talk about the GOOD+ Foundation which helps break the multi-generational cycle of poverty. She also talks about the possibility of turning into a cat lady when Jerry dies. Jessica’s cat, Javier, is up on this week’s Pound It or Pass.

Keith is right with infatuation vs love. Love means you put their needs above yours. infatuation is the butterfly feelings and lovey dovey feelings towards the beginning.

you guys, everytime Keith mentions getting an E chalked on his hands or forehead by his teachers, everyone keeps saying it's worse than an F but that's like not even failing. it's BEFORE F and technically not failing, right? Love this goddam show, thx bye

What a fucking awesome podcast show! Just finished the confidence show, and it was great. I could relate to just about everything ya’ll said about school. To loving making people laugh, and making fun of shit without malicious intent, but just because it’s funny. From shitty VS great teachers. To how what your told or joked about when your young, can tend to really stick with a person. It’s almost like we are fresh poured wet cement when we’re young, and the stuff people write in it will still be written in it after it drys. You can paint over it, place a structure over it, or whatever, but what was written is a part of that concrete, and only time can fade it. Side note, Keith your the fucking man! 4th best person on the show, hands down! Hahahaha! Keep up the good work, all of you, and thanks for the laughs and thoughts.
