the sealed book in Isaiah 29 is the book of Mormon that was delivered unto an unlearned man (Joseph Smith) who said "I am not learned" who then translated it by the gift and power of God being his servant. Those who whisper out of the dust are the people of Mormon, the ancient inhabitants of America. Copy of the translation and a rubbing of a plate from the Gold plates of Mormon were delivered to a Dr. of ancient languages in NY, who said, "I can not read a sealed book."
