And Another Thing with Dave, by Dave SmithIn this explosive conversation, Dave breaks down the cultural, political, and global tensions shaping the world in 2026. From gender ideology and victimhood culture to racial narratives, media manipulation, and escalating geopolitical conflict, this episode pulls no punches. If you’ve been feeling like society has gone off the rails, this one hits home.Dave and his guest dive into the rise of identity‑based politics, the shifting rhetoric on gender and feminism, and how ideological movements have morphed into social pressure campaigns. They explore how victimhood narratives fuel entitlement, resentment, and division — and how these narratives ripple into crime, policy, and public perception. The conversation then zooms out to global conflict: Ukraine, Russia, Iran, Israel, and the growing possibility of World War III. Dave discusses media propaganda, political hypocrisy, and the dangerous disconnect between public discourse and real‑world consequences. This episode is raw, unfiltered, and brutally honest — a snapshot of cultural confusion, political extremism, and global instability. The rise of gender ideology and why people feel pressured to “play along”How feminism and Marxist academic roots shaped modern identity politicsVictimhood culture, entitlement, and the psychological trap of learned helplessnessRacial narratives, media gaslighting, and selective outrageCrime spikes, cultural clashes, and immigration tensionsUkraine, Russia, Iran, Israel — and why global conflict feels inevitableMedia manipulation, propaganda, and political hypocrisyWhy people repeat rhetoric instead of thinking criticallyThe disconnect between real‑world danger and online discourse“If you believe the world owes you something, you’re feeding the wrong wolf — and you’re building your own prison.”If you’re digging what Dave’s doing, picking up what he’s putting down, spread it around. And Another Thing With Dave, by Dave SmithIn this episode, Dave breaks down fragility, the anti‑fragility movement, emotional resilience, indoctrination, propaganda, government trust, food security, nutrition myths, and the erosion of critical thinking in modern society. Drawing from psychology studies and real‑world events, Dave explores why people are so easily offended, how beliefs are programmed, and what it takes to reclaim personal strength in a chaotic world. This episode covers everything from exposure therapy, emotional triggers, and media conditioning to the September 4th federal ruling on clean drinking water, the decline of food quality, the importance of local regenerative farming, and the truth about cholesterol, sunlight, vitamin D, and immune system health.Dave also dives into historical parallels, government scandals, and the importance of curiosity over dogma — closing with a powerful reminder that independent thinking is the antidote to modern fragility.Perfect for listeners interested in psychology, resilience, critical thinking, nutrition, government transparency, propaganda, and personal empowerment.Fragility vs. Anti‑Fragility Exposure therapy, emotional resilience, psychological conditioning, why people get offended.Indoctrination & Propaganda Post‑WWII media influence, generational programming, political scandals, erosion of trust.Government Transparency & Constitutional Rights September 4th ruling on clean drinking water, environmental accountability, public health concerns.Food Security & Regenerative Farming Local ranchers, grass‑fed vs. grain‑fed beef, sustainable agriculture, national food resilience.Nutrition Myths & Health Truths Cholesterol, eggs, red meat, Alzheimer’s correlations, beef tallow, dangers of chemical skincare.Sunlight, Vitamin D & Mental Health Natural immune system function, depression prevention, daily sunlight exposure.COVID, Vaccines & Institutional Trust Emotional reactions, immune system basics, historical parallels with AZT, scientific transparency.Emotional Intelligence & Curiosity Replacing “I know” with “I think,” avoiding dogma, understanding personal triggers.Censorship, Hate Laws & Free Thought Legislating emotions, shutting down conversation, truth becoming “offensive.”Historical Context: War Is a Racket General Smedley Butler, attempted billionaire‑backed coup, Episode 477 tie‑in.#food #water #foodsecurity
And Another Thing With Dave, by Dave SmithIn this episode, Dave digs into a shocking federal court ruling that declared Americans do not have a constitutional right to clean drinking water. Using reporting from journalist Samantha Michaels, Dave breaks down how this decision affects public trust, vulnerable communities, and the future of basic civil rights. From water contamination in Jackson, Mississippi to the fragility of our food systems, Dave explores how government neglect of essential needs creates instability, anger, and historical patterns of upheaval. He connects today’s issues to global examples — the Holodomor, the Irish famine, and modern supply‑chain failures — showing how control of food and water has always been a form of power. The episode closes with a look at farmland consolidation, Bill Gates’ agricultural influence, the shift from organic to chemical farming, and why regenerative, local food systems may be the key to national security. The Fifth Circuit Court ruling: no constitutional right to clean drinking waterJackson, Mississippi’s water crisis and legal dead endsHow government neglect erodes public trustHistorical parallels: French Revolution, Holodomor, Irish famineFood security as national securityBillionaires and foreign entities buying U.S. farmlandBill Gates, GMO advocacy, and synthetic food concernsThe shift from organic → chemical agriculture after WWIIWhy regenerative farming and local food systems matterThe dangers of concentrated land ownershipHow fragile supply chains threaten national stabilityPasture‑raised cattle vs. factory farmingDirect‑from‑rancher meat sourcingRecommended documentaries: What in the World Are They Spraying?, Dirt, The Omnivore’s DilemmaWhen government stops protecting basic needs like water and food, society becomes fragile.Concentrated control of farmland and food production creates systemic weak points.Regenerative agriculture and local food networks strengthen communities.Public trust collapses when essential services fail — and history shows what happens next.Substack: Deep Dives with DaveMedium: deepdiveswithdaveInstagram: @BetterTodaywithDaveIf you’re digging the conversation, spread the word. And Another Thing With Dave, by Dave SmithThe West’s grip on Iran is not diplomacy. It is an offer a country cannot refuse. This episode follows that gangster logic from the 1953 CIA-MI6 coup against Mohammad Mossadegh, through Iran-Contra and Mena, to the Business Plot — the Wall Street scheme to recruit America’s most decorated Marine to stop the New Deal.Smedley Butler had two Medals of Honor and 33 years in the Corps. In War Is a Racket he said he was not a patriot for hire. He was “a high-class muscle man for Big Business… a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.” He made Mexico safe for oil, Haiti safe for the banks, Nicaragua safe for Brown Brothers, Honduras safe for fruit companies, China safe for Standard Oil. Al Capone ran three city districts. Butler said the Marines ran three continents.Same playbook in Tehran. Mossadegh nationalized Iranian oil. Operation Ajax removed him. Decades later Iran-Contra sold weapons to the same “terrorist state,” funneled the profits to the Contras in violation of the Boland Amendment, and looked the other way while cocaine paid for the war. Gary Webb was right that the CIA protected Contra-linked traffickers. He was wrong that one ring explained the crack epidemic. Mena was real. The legend is bigger than the documented load. Then they tried it at home. In 1933–34, after Roosevelt left the gold standard and launched New Deal jobs, housing, and labor programs, financiers approached Butler to lead 500,000 veterans on Washington. The plan: a “Secretary of General Affairs” as dictator, FDR as figurehead. Money from Wall Street. Arms from Remington. Cover from the American Liberty League.Butler got the names and testified under oath. The McCormack-Dickstein Committee reported that the plot “was discussed, was planned, and might have been placed in execution when and if the financial backers deemed it expedient.”Nobody was prosecuted. The names were stripped from the public report. The press called it a hoax, then went silent.Same offer. Same refusal. Different map.In this episode:Why Iran policy still reads like a protection racket over oilOperation Ajax and the 1953 overthrow of a elected governmentIran-Contra: arms, hostages, Contras, and the cocaine pipelineWhat Gary Webb got right — and what he overstatedSmedley Butler’s confession in War Is a RacketThe Business Plot against FDR, and why no one was chargedRelated episodes:The Clintons, Cocaine, Conspiracy, and Cover Up (Parts 1 and 2)Episode 474: Deep Down the Rabbit Hole of Drug SmugglingBonus: Iran, The History of US Aggression and LiesSeeking the truth. And Another Thing With Dave, by Dave Smith Food security is national security. In this episode, Dave explores how fragile supply chains, the loss of local ranches and dairies, corporate consolidation, and over-regulation are making communities more vulnerable — and what everyday people can do about it. From container gardening and microgreens to beef shares, grass-fed beef, community gardens, fruit trees, and simple regenerative practices, this is a practical call to grow more of your own food, support local producers, and rebuild resilient local food systems. Resources include EWG’s Clean 15/Dirty Dozen and tips for healthier choices around seed oils and glyphosate.Produce as much food as possible as close to home as possible — fresh is everything and short supply chains are more resilient. You don’t need acreage: container gardening, vertical systems, microgreens, and indoor growing (lettuce, sprouts) work in small spaces.Local ranchers and dairies are disappearing through a mix of high land values, succession issues, environmental pressure, buyouts, and regulation. Supporting them directly (e.g., beef shares) cuts out middlemen and improves quality.Grass-fed, grass-finished beef is nutritionally different from grain-finished product.Simple regenerative habits matter: feed the soil, save and scatter seeds, chop-and-drop, bury kitchen scraps, plant for pollinators, and prioritize fruit-bearing trees and community gardens.Practical consumer steps: use EWG’s Clean 15 / Dirty Dozen, rinse produce (baking soda + water), minimize seed oils, and be cautious with conventional grains due to pre-harvest glyphosate use.Cities and communities can do more than allow farmers’ markets — they can create productive gardens on public and vacant land.Resources MentionedEnvironmental Working Group (EWG) — ewg.orgClean 15 / Dirty Dozen shopping guides and product toxicity ratings (including sunscreen, etc.).Direct from local producers — Look for beef shares / herd shares and farm-direct sales in your area.Dave’s writing & socialSubstack: Deep Dives with DaveMedium: Deep Dives with DaveInstagram: @BetterTodaywithDaveDeep Dives with Dave | David Smith | Substack#FoodSecurity#LocalFood#RegenerativeAgriculture#RegenerativeFarming#FoodSovereignty#GrowYourOwnFood#FarmToTable#SupportLocalFarmers#GrassFedBeef#GrassFinished#PastureRaised#BeefShare#Homesteading#BackyardGarden#ContainerGardening#VerticalGardening#Microgreens#SoilHealth#CommunityGarden#UrbanFarming#RealFood#SeedOilFree#NoSeedOils#CleanEating#DirtyDozen#Clean15#EWG#OrganicLiving#FoodSystem#SupplyChain#NationalSecurity#SustainableLiving#Regenerative#FarmDirect#KnowYourFarmer#Podcast#FoodPodcast#HealthPodcast#AgriculturePodcast#DeepDivesWithDaveFarming, ranching & productionHealth & consumer-focusedBroader / searchablePodcast / content promotion
