There's a movie from 1940 called His Girl Friday. Maybe the phrase came from that.

For the girl with the #MirrorGhost I cannot suggest reiki enough. The process helps cut away unwanted or unhealthy attachments while helping to align your energy with higher vibrations. If I were to add anything else I would suggest Transcendental meditation aka meditation for literally everyone even if you think you can't meditate, a singing bowl, bells & wind chimes to bring a positive sound cleanse to the area and bath to the person. You can get decorative bells for the door and even the car. Lastly the visualization of white light surrounding you. Make it strong, impenetrable, claim your space and know it's always there unless you want/need to take it down. You can even expand it to cover a building. Maybe Google witches bottles which are meant to take negative energy hits and keep negative things away. I hope this helps and you can seal a mirror with hot pepper oil around the edges if you want an extra layer of protection.

When I was turning 30, I went into a mild depression, wanting no party. my friends took that to mean I wanted a surprise party with an animal onesie theme. It was an amazing gift on a dark day!
