The Google Pixel 4 is a fairly controversial phone. It’s got so much great going for it, but it also falls short in a few key areas. Our review calls it the “but” phone, because it has an amazing camera, but it lacks an ultrawide lens. It has remarkable performance, but the battery life is not great. Great podcast! HMD Global is really trying to bring back the former glory of the Nokia brand. Their choice to go with a clean UI in partnership with google is great. However, they keep missing out on the camera department. The camera on their Nokia phones are just not "great" and they are below the likes of iPhone, Samsung and Google pixel. When I heard the camera on the Pure View didn't perform well under low light, I was disappointed as this is a phone that has camera as its selling point yet ... 😢

I'm in full agreement with the panelist that asked why selfie cams at all? Solve the notch problem immediately. It's only a small potion of the market that uses selfies all the time.. And someone always has another phone nearby if you really want one done. Also.. Why are all these Chinese phones winning all the awards when they aren't even available to US buyers? Even if you can find a carrier to support it, it's a major pain to use them aka Chinese search results etc

Someone saying he'd rather have his phone strapped to his head as if it was an anchor instead of charging Bluetooth headphones once every couple days was the least thing I'd expect to hear in this podcast. Wired stuff sucks.
