To say you're podcast has been helpful would be a gross understatement of just how effective the information you've shared has been for me. I was on the brink of divorce because of anger issues and had to make a complete turn around in my life to keep my family in tact. I've listened to many podcast and they are all very helpful but I like how yours gives straight firward formulaic solutions to managing anger and they're not real long so I can listen to them just about anytime. thanks for all you do... keep the faith.
