A wonderful message for times like these. Thank you, Bayless!
I always appreciate Bayless teaching, so to hear his son on such a sensitive subject is nice. We need teaching like this at a time like this. Jesus Christ is our Hope in times of such uncertainty.
Another quality sermon from Bayless today. People are not meant to be stagnant, but to grow into all the fullness of potential God has placed on the inside of us.
The sooner we, as Christians, can stop fighting with those that are outside of God's family, the sooner we can begin to see just what real unity looks like in this life.
Regardless of how far you think you are from Jesus, He is never too far from you!
Thank you for your positive words today, Pastor Bayless. We have a tendency to think that we HAVE to keep working to show God how good we are, or can be. It is not about us because our apparent righteousness is "as filthy rags" (Isaiah 64v6) compared to what comes from God. It's not about us, it never was and it never will be. It's all about Jesus Christ and lifting the Name of God high all the days of our lives!
Thank you, Pastor Bayless, for your encouraging words today. Even as a single man, I can see the sense in what you are saying. Children are indeed a blessing from God. I see how they light up their parents' faces when they're behaving and yet cause them to despair when not. Either way, let us therefore remember how much we are loved by our heavenly Father whether we're five, or eighty five! God loves us and there's nothing we can do to change this.
Thank you, Pastor, for your message today. You showed us the power that is in our confession making it the second edge of the "two edged sword" that scripture talks about, thus coming into agreement with the first edge; God's word itself. This agreement changes lives so thank you so very much for your ministry!
Thank you, Pastor, for tackling this subject in a sensitive manner. Let us remember that every confession lifts from us the guilt, shame and condemnation and reminds us instead that we are indeed forgiven in Christ.
FAAAAAAAAAAAAAANTASTIC! I think maybe someday Pastor Conley will have books made of his sermons like Finney and Spurgeon have. Sound doctrine with excellent illustrations to make the Word more understandable, relatable, and spiritually edible. He doesn't water down the gospel or shy from the tough subjects, just makes understanding a little easier. Also, each sermon points to Jesus in some way or another.
Thank you, Pastor for a lovely message that inspires me to keep seeking God first no matter what situation I find myself in.
Inspiration as always from Pastor Bayless. I have been a fan of his ministry for some time now and always find his teaching easy to understand and apply to my life. Thank you.
