In my years of having out-of-body experiences I have participated in many what are often called 'astral rescues'. Some people when they die remain stuck in a sort of trauma loop and replay time after time what happened to them until another being can get through to them to help them out of their self-made world.......
The 'past' can seem real too..... astral projection and out-of-body experiences certainly make you think about the nature of reality.
Dreams and out-of-body experiences are inextricably linked, that's why it's important to write things down, as you can pick up on common themes, like my one of the pool in the garden.
Some benefits of astral projection and out-of-body experiences.
Proof, at least for me, that when out-of-body you can interact with other people also OBE.
It's been a while but I have my night time focus back.
Focused listening helps you become aware in dreams, which you can convert to an astral experience.
We need to raise our vibration and be the best version of ourselves.
Out-of-body experiences can really open your mind to the probability that we are not the only versions of our selves.
Keep listening to OBE messages, they are often like whispers in your ear giving you tips about how to live your life.
An interesting astral projection technique and one we can practise all the time.
This is an astral projection technique I have had a lot of success with.
What do we really find when we pass over to the other side?
How many friends do we really have, probably more than we think. Through astral projection you can meet friends you didn't even know you had.
Meditation and other such activities can contribute to successful OBEs.

Voice, accent, speed is nice. Audio quality is horrible. Need to adjust voice vs. background music audio levels. Sometimes sounds a little blown out.

You need way more volume. I can barely hear you on max volume.

I started experimenting with meditation as a way to combat my insomnia. I often listen to deep sleep hypnosis tracks on YouTube which really helped. Then one Saturday afternoon I was home alone with nothing to do so I decided to meditate. I lay down on my bed with my eyes closed, put my ear buds in and put a meditation track on I found on YouTube. It wasn't really music more like a series of repetitive sounds. One of the sounds sounded like a ticking but it was like when someone throws their voice, like it was coming from across the room. So I focused on that. I went through some relaxation steps till I reached a point where I felt like I was sinking into the bed. I stared into the back of my eyes and tried to picture the fuzziness in the back of my eye lids as stars in a night sky. After a while they started to spin faster and faster till it kind of looked like I was staring into a whirlpool. Then suddenly I could feel my body start to vibrate and I started to see bright colours comin

I haven't been out of body yet but I'm still practicing. The first time I reached the "vibrations", it felt like the back of my head was plugged into a wall socket! It was so startling I quit practicing for about a week. lol
