Voice, accent, speed is nice. Audio quality is horrible. Need to adjust voice vs. background music audio levels. Sometimes sounds a little blown out.

You need way more volume. I can barely hear you on max volume.
I started experimenting with meditation as a way to combat my insomnia. I often listen to deep sleep hypnosis tracks on YouTube which really helped. Then one Saturday afternoon I was home alone with nothing to do so I decided to meditate. I lay down on my bed with my eyes closed, put my ear buds in and put a meditation track on I found on YouTube. It wasn't really music more like a series of repetitive sounds. One of the sounds sounded like a ticking but it was like when someone throws their voice, like it was coming from across the room. So I focused on that. I went through some relaxation steps till I reached a point where I felt like I was sinking into the bed. I stared into the back of my eyes and tried to picture the fuzziness in the back of my eye lids as stars in a night sky. After a while they started to spin faster and faster till it kind of looked like I was staring into a whirlpool. Then suddenly I could feel my body start to vibrate and I started to see bright colours comin
I haven't been out of body yet but I'm still practicing. The first time I reached the "vibrations", it felt like the back of my head was plugged into a wall socket! It was so startling I quit practicing for about a week. lol
