following Carlton Mackey's suggestion, I want to say God bless you for the content you put out every Wed. I was struggling to he productive towards the end of this past week but binging about 6-8 episodes got me thru Fri. I lost track of how many times I paused or ran back Carlton's 2part episode just to process. in retrospect he definitely contributed to my lack of productivity with all the truth he dropped. I'd def recommend his episodes, along with Dr. Ayana, plan on running them back next week. God bless you for creating the space and your guest for their authenticity 👏🏾🙌🏾❤
