Everyday is a test run.  If you take life seriously like me, this will make it easier.  Anytime you make a mistake or feel regret setting in,, remind yourself this is all practice.  "You never get it wrong and you never get it done" Life is a process.  Go authentically and fearlessly.

Expectation vs Reality.  We have all lived those moment where you thought something was going to go one way and it went left.  Whether it's a small situation or Life's Big Moments, it can be annoying, eye opening, stressful and sometimes funny.  What can we take away from having expectations that are off from reality?
