Good evening! This is Autism & Positivity Episode 2, about selfcare! Selfcare is very vital to us as human beings, and I explain why in the course of this video. I also explain the links between selfcare, autism and positivity and I then link the two together in terms of selfcare. I hope you enjoy this podcast! Stay happy, helpful and calm! <3

This is my first ever podcast episode, so welcome! I apologise for any background noise, and my natural speaking voice (which sounds very shaky, and I do apologise). Anyway, this episode is an introduction to my life as an autistic female, outlining my diagnosis and my life. Towards the end I will be outlining how I embrace my autism and the positivity that a positive outlook brings. I have only outlined these points as I would like to expand on them in future episodes.
