A mainstay of our recovery stories is being completely honest with our support teams but, most importantly, honest with ourselves. How do we do that?
The answer is simple: we journal about our experiences, ideas, and goals. If you are anything like us, that means you journal A LOT and take a bunch of notes, so don't you deserve a great writing instrument?
We think you do, and so does the sponsor of the Awake and Sober Podcast Tactile Turn. If you have yet to use a Tactile Turn pen, let's be honest: are you even writing?!?

WELCOME to The Awake and Sober Podcast!!!
On this episode we will be talking about what it means to live life with an attitude of Gratitude. A lot of times when situations in life and in recovery get tough, we often forget what's going RIGHT in our lives.
We will discuss what it means to be truly Grateful, how to cultivate an attitude of gratitude, as well as remaining mindful and present in situations that we feel uncomfortable in.
Everyone has a past and most, if not all, wish that we could change the outcomes of what happened. Instead of trying to change the past, we practice being grateful for the trials and struggles because they led us to where we are today.
Practicing gratitude involves intentionally acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of our lives in the midst of challenges.
We hope that our episode today will help you stay more present and aware of all of the positive aspects in your life, while also learning to begin the process of letting go!
We truly appreciate all of the feedback we receive from our viewers, and don't forget to enjoy the small things during this holiday season!
We hope you enjoy the episode and don't forget to email us at info@awakeandsober.org for any information or questions you might have!
A mainstay of all of our recovery stories is being completely honest with our support teams but most importantly, honest with ourselves. How do we do that?
The answer is simple, we journal about our experiences, ideas, and goals. If you are anything like us, then that means you journal A LOT and take a bunch of notes, so don't you deserve a great writing instrument?
We think you do, and we are happy to announce...
WE HAVE A NEW SPONSOR!!! We have been teasing it for a while, and we can finally say that Tactile Turn is the new sponsor of The Awake and Sober Podcast.
