We are all born with a Ming which means “destiny” or “fate”. When we honor this birthright by living in alignment with our Ming we create a fulfilling, purpose-driven existence which makes a lasting impact on the world.

However, we operate in a society that wants to strip us of our strength, our individuality, reduce us to our symptoms, sedate us with pharmaceuticals, and drain our energy as well as our bank accounts.

It is my mission through this podcast and my work to offer you a way home to yourself through the ancient practices of Chinese Medicine.
