Having been given a deal by Anarr, Faustus has a choice to make, Qevuc has to make it to his next shift, and one of the boys end up in prison.
Fleeing from a hoard of undead, Qevuc runs into some old friends, Faustus shows his true colors, and the Axe District Runners make a big play.
Hot off the heels of a successful bar brawl, the newly unemployed Qevuc has three days to find a new job or lose his apartment while Faustus meets his boss and steals a chair.
Qevuc (Roderick) and Faustus (Houston) meet in the city of Grubenwald and uncover the premier local cuisine, stop some raucous patrons, and make a new ally in Steven.
